I’ve been to Eden Center in Virginia many times and have been disappointed by several places I tried there as well. I chose this restaurant mainly because it’s close to home and didn’t come with high expectations—but I was pleasantly surprised.
The pho was very good, with a well-balanced ratio of noodles, beef, broth, and herbs, which isn’t always the case at other places. It was flavorful on its own and didn’t need any extra seasoning. The egg spring rolls were also tasty, though I wish the dipping sauce had been the traditional Vietnamese fish sauce.
Service was friendly, and I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

This spot is ideal for a quick, satisfying meal. I ordered a bowl of pho, which was both affordable and generous in portion. It was a hearty serving of soup, packed with beef and fresh ingredients. The service was efficient, and the casual ambiance made for a comfortable dining experience.

We accidentally found this relatively new Vietnamese restaurant and went with family for an early dinner. We ordered quite a few dishes, beef rib pho, bun bo hue, bun cha hanoi, banh cuon and more. Everything was excellent, especially the banh cuon. We’ll definitely come back. We used to go to Eden Center for Vietnamese food, but this restaurant is much better and we don’t have to make the long slow drive to Virginia anymore:-)

Had high hopes given the reviews but was a little disappointed.

Disclosure – this was for an UberEats order. The pho noodles were stuck together (packed separate, which is nice) but that’s a takeout-specific problem, so I wont deduct points.

I’m bummed because we got thai basil instead of cilantro. Like, what?? I also ordered extra onions and cilantro, which was ignored. And we each got TWO little slices of jalapeño. The round steak beef was great. The brisket was pretty fatty and a little tough, but some folks might be into that.

We also got the shrimp spring rolls which had 2 shrimp in each. Most bites were just dry greens which was fine, i guess, but not what you’d expect.

The hot sauce was delicious and the pho broth itself was great. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, just kinda wrong at times.

All in all, very chintzy and lacking the fundamentals. There are lots of nice pho spots (with lower prices) we’ll go to before returning here.

여기 맛있어요. 가격도 괜찮아요~!

It was hard to find delicious pho around, but this place is really delicious and I recommend it. Soup and crispy roll was super good.

While you should skip the pho here for pho75, the bun bo hue was surprisingly good. Flavorful broth, blood cube that had no odor (firmness on the medium instead of soft), and other various fresh ingredients.

The atmosphere was casual. The service was inviting.

We love this spot! The food comes out within 5 minutes of ordering, and it is truly delicious. Every bite is comforting & delicious. The service is kind and no fuss. The menu is also extremely affordable- much more so than what you’ll find in restaurants in DC. Definitely worth the drive out to Rockville for good, affordable Vietnamese food. You can’t go wrong with any of the pho, and the summer rolls are refreshing!

We came with a big group, and my husband and I ordered the pho beef rib and the bun bo hue (spicy noodle soup). Both dishes were amazing! The pho broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef rib was tender and fell right off the bone. The bun bo hue had the perfect balance of spice and depth of flavor. Everything our group tried was delicious, and we’ll definitely be coming back

This restaurant consistently provides excellent customer service and high-quality food. Whenever I am feeling under the weather, I can always rely on their short rib pho to help restore my strength. The warmth of the staff and the consistency of the flavors make this a place I return to time and time again
