Hello Vietnam Pho is a great little spot! I ordered takeout — the caramelized pork belly roll and the lemongrass flank steak roll — and both were delicious, generously portioned, and super filling without breaking the bank. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get.

Even though I got it to go, I popped in to pick up and was pleasantly surprised by how neat and inviting the place looks. The interior is modern, clean, and genuinely nice — way more stylish than your average pho joint. There’s plenty of seating if you decide to dine in, and the parking lot right out front makes it hassle-free (a big plus in this area).
I recommend for a quick, tasty, and affordable Vietnamese meal — whether eating in or taking away!

I’ve always ordered to go to eat in my bed (always had been delicious) – this was the first time I’ve ever been able to eat at a table and use my chops sticks + soup spoon at the same time – amazing!!
The broth is so savory!! I got a side of fried rice and used to soup soon to soak the rice in… long story short that broth is killer!!!
So glad I came in

Service was great, everyone was so kind and helpful…. Never made me feel weird about dining by myself ☺️

Got the combination vermicelli bowl – pork was a bit tough to chew and the egg roll was bland. Shrimp was good and service was solid

Never disappoints. The food is so good and flavorful. Cloudy and cool day so I ordered the chicken pho. Hit the spot. Soooo good

The pho was excellent but the other dish was problematic, owing to a poor choice of meat; stringy, hard, and unfortunately too tough to masticate. The spring rolls were delicious with a wonderful peanut sauce. The food is brought tableside by a graceful robot. Service and atmosphere were pleasant.

Rare Beef and Brisket Pho $13.95…

Portion Size 4/5 – proper portion size for price… nothing unique however.
Onion 3.5/5 – not a lot of green onion on first glance but the green onions that were there were thick cut. Would have preferred more thin cuts.
Meat 4/5 – tender meat with good amount.
Noodles 5/5 – thin uncut noodles….good amount.
Broth 4/5 – broth is good, just not great. I could detect some aromatics but as usual and like most places they play it safe here.

20.5/25 …. 4/5 Google Stars for the Pho. Good. Easily edible… just not memorable.

Unlike their PHO… their pork and rice dish. It is memorable. It was very very good. 4.5/5. Plenty of pork and a bigger cup of rice than most places(slightly less pork next time i tried as pictured). Veg included cucumber, tomato, and shredded pickled carrot. Highlight of the dish was the fried dried garlic and green onions on top of the pork. Probably one of the best pork and rice dishes going.

As others have commented, the men’s washroom is below standard and should be addressed.

I had the spicy beef short rib soup and the rest of the people had beef pho. Normally I get pho but I wanted to try something different. I should have stuck with pho; I like the broth and noodles in pho better. The rest of the pho dishes were very good though.

The service was a little slow and not real attentive. They weren’t busy in the restaurant at all but I think they may have had a lot of carryout.

My biggest concern was cleanliness. The restaurant was fine but I’ve seen men’s rooms in truck stops. If they allow the public spaces to be that dirty, it concerns me what the kitchen looks like.

Hopped in right after they opened, so the food came out immediately. Plenty of parking in the lot and they take cash and card. I ordered the medium Pho with meatballs and really enjoyed it! The noodles were just perfect. The service was also prompt and courteous and the staff was friendly. The restaurant also sports a full bar, but there are no TVs (appropriately so, in my opinion). Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend Hello Vietnam!

I paid $20 for THIS? REALLY?! IF I didn’t live so far I’d demand a refund. Usually the food is amazing but this is tragic. I’m so mad and hungry!

They charge WHATEVER THEY WANT.

Update….no receipt offered. I did the math based on the menu prices and my $70 of orders was a $97 bill. It was explained to me that the menu prices have not been updated AND that the price increases that are listed at the tables is also not right.

Soooooo. Be VERY careful about your food total.

The food tastes good, mostly. Portions are out of whack. (Except for pho, which is done very very well)

I tried shaking beef and it was a .. fajita plate of vegetable oil with maybe 6 ounces of beer and some bell peppers. This is the premium beef dish and was described to me as a very good stir fry.
Just, pass on that (almost double a basic pho. And honestly the same meat and no sauce or.. flavor)

Spring rolls are basic and traditional and that’s well worth it.

The wings were just a bulk sysco sauce. Not bad, bit too syrupy and not, again, a signature item- despite the name.

Bun (vermicelli noodles) was okay, but very light on the protein. Surprisingly light on the noodles but I’m jot sure that’s a bad thing. Itnwould make a very decent meal- just don’t expect more than 2 or 2.5 ounces of protein.

Pho was good. Lighter broth than some styles I have had. Flavorful, meat was very adequate, just good pho. For the price I would absolutely come here for a no appetizer pho lunch.

With water.

If you ask for tea they make a grande starbuck cup of steamed tea. Very unexpected. It will cool to drinking temperature by the time you leave, though. Burned jasmine tea has a unique flavor and I could actually get used to it.

The rest of the drinks are meal or dessert replacements. Boba and milk jelly and stuff.

Service was okay when we went up to ask for it. . Repeatedly … not that big a deal, it’s a family place with no staff. But maybe a little bit more effort would be good.
