This ice cream is the best I’ve ever had. It’s even better than the gelato I had in Italy. They don’t pump air into the cream base, they hand mix it so the texture is dense and creamy. The flavors are intense and unique. They even have a delicious dairy free option.

Hello Sweet Cream – this is not only an incredible ice cream parlor, it’s owned by a Mensh – a caring human being named Ryan. This small establishment is too good to be true with its incredible rich ice cream offerings – the Blue Ribbon Chocolate has a hefty name, and the intense chocolate flavors live up its name. I am a nurse, and I work at the Christus Cancer Center. I became close to a patient with stage IV metastatic cancer, and this person’s life was very difficult. I brought her a pint of the Blue Ribbon Ice Cream, and the patient and their spouse enjoyed each bite. She was very challenged with eating, but this ice cream brought such a smile to her face. She was intrigued to try the Apple Pie Green Chile Crumble – this ice cream is like New Mexico Fall Flavors in a cup…no more pints were available to purchase. I told Ryan why I was determined to get this ice cream to her, and he delivered the last 3 double scoop portions to the cancer center for the patient and her family. He would not accept any money and stated this was his gift to the patient during the Christmas season. This business represents love and community and the BEST ICE CREAM! Support them, and you will not be disappointed.

Finally got to try Hello Sweet Cream and oh my Some of the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had!!
Worth the drive to try out some delicious and tasty combinations like, gooey butter (butter cake with cheesecake base), basil blueberry (also cheesecake base), chocolate (too die for and I got 2 scoops in my flight), Praline with Caramel, and a non-dairy coffee flavor.
This flight was only $10!

The ice cream is AMAZING! Tried two flavors in a fresh waffle cone and it was delicious. The staff are super friendly and offer samples, so we were able to try one of their new flavors. Loved it, cannot wait to go back for more!

Great ice cream! Stopped by after a long camping trip and needed a fresh bite on the way home.
I had the Basil Berry Cheesecake Crumble. The basil pairs so well with the berry compote and sweet cream and really brightens up the ice cream.
The owner and girl working were very sweet and let me know about a Pride Month drink made with their chocolate ice cream.

This homemade from scratch ice cream stands above the rest as far as I’m concerned. I have tried all the boutique ice cream options in Santa Fe. I have to say that”Hello Sweet Cream”is my #1 choice hands down.
The impeccable service, attention to detail with friendly mannerisms is a definite +(understatement) the owner welcomes customers with a genuine smile and doesn’t have an inflated ego,, glad to see the business is succeeding. Oh almost forget to mention the ice cream is just simply Amazing= old fashioned style, creamy,, perfect level of organic sweetness, just a very well-balanced velvety ice cream.
