Arrived around 730pm on a Monday. There is no one at a register to take your order. It is kiosk only. Make sure you have a card to pay. I heard someone exclaim behind me when they entered and saw the kiosk “no cash” and turn around and leave. When at the kiosk you get a button to know when your order is ready.
When I arrived there were a few people at tables eating. Two people waiting for food and two people already at the kiosk.
I ordered my salad and french fries.
Twenty mins total is what it took for my order to come out.
This place is 100% not fast at all. I did not think it would take that long for my food to come out.
My food-
The French fries are super skinny fries and small- think the potatoes you purchase in a bag at the grocery store- well think of the smaller ones in the bag. That is the size of these fries. Not a problem they were still good… eat with a fork. They are greasy! Oh and they are gluten free- huge plus.
The salad. It appears you can get unlimited toppings. Which is great for the pricepoint. Sadly my salad dressing lacked flavor and I opted to have it tossed with the salad- chose regular.
My salad was disappointing and I ended up pitching it after eating half.
Overall, would I return. Perhaps- except I would make sure I have plenty of time.

Had a great experience at Hello Bistro! I tried their wrap in Mexican corn style—flavorful and satisfying. My friend and his mother ordered burgers and salad, and they really enjoyed their meals too. The food was fresh and tasty, definitely worth the little wait. The staff was polite and the service was good. Ambiance was okay, nothing fancy but comfortable enough for a nice dinner. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back!

These burgers and salads are delicious! We have also tried the soups and they are good. The burgers are top notch! There are some seasonal burgers and you can add extra ingredients. I almost always add avocado. They used to have a extra fountain beverage options with traditional old-style sodas. Unfortunately, they do not have this option anymore. The fries are tasty and beat most fast food places in the flavor department. You can make your own salad or burger picking from a wide list of ingredients and add-ons. The salad portions are BIG. We love this location and go every other week for lunch or dinner.

Hello Bistro in Beachwood has great-tasting, fresh salads with generous portions and lots of options to customize. The food itself is definitely the highlight.
However, the service was a bit confusing. It wasn’t quick, and the process felt a little disorganized. They place your food off to the side, which seemed semi-unsanitary and left us unsure if it was ready or still being prepped.
Still, the overall quality of the food makes it worth visiting. Just be prepared for a slightly chaotic pickup process.

Shondelle was absolutely amazing. I visited Helllo Bistro on Thursday, March 5th for lunch. She was so kind and made me the best salad ever. Shondelle was so accommodating in every way. Hello Bistro is so lucky to have an employee who cares so much about helping their customers.

Interesting place, I kind of love the idea of burgers and salads being together because they are just so opposite.
On my first visit I went twice in one day. I thought the kiosk ordering was easy and no hassle. There isn’t a lot of human interaction, but what littler there was was pleasant. The restaurant is very clean and inviting.
For lunch, I got the burger combo, the fries were well seasoned and I enjoy the burger as well, it was very fresh. I was eyeing a couple salads while I was there so I went back for dinner.
I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch salad for dinner, yet somehow ended up with a wrap? I have no idea how that happened. I was pretty sure I ordered it correctly and the receipt confirms it, but somehow it was a wrap and not a salad. For the record, the wrap was great, it just wasn’t what I ordered.

Just wow. I only recently found out about this place! Their grain bowl selection is incredible. I got the Mexican Street Corn grain bowl with Fiesta chicken. This is a very filling and healthier option for a quick lunch that I now absolutely love. The veggies were fresh and the chicken was tasty. Upon arriving for pickup, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely becoming a regular!!

From the second I stepped inside, I was impressed. The place is spotless! Seriously, one of the cleanest fast-casual restaurants I’ve visited lately. It gives you a great feeling about the kitchen before you even order. The staff behind the counter were also incredibly friendly and polite, making the whole ordering process easy and pleasant. Great customer service really elevates a lunch spot!
Now, the main attraction: the food. The entire menu looked fresh, but I had heard other reviews about their burgers, so I had to try one. And let me tell you, it was fantastic. Juicy, cooked perfectly, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. This isn’t your average quick-lunch burger; it’s absolutely top-tier. Overall, the food is excellent, and my friend loved their salad. Fresh, crispy, tasty, and prepared to perfection.
