My family placed 2 orders but messed up the pickup time. I called the store and Kelly said she would watch for the later order and rush it so the first order didn’t get cold. That’s exactly what she did. I really appreciate it.
I always deal with such friendly people at this location (Sienna Dr)

Very fresh lettuce mix. All the veggies were heavy portions and the servers were very nice. The fries were delicious! Crispy but not overdone. The chicken grain bowl was my favorite and we took a personal salad to go. 5/5 good outdoor seating as wrll

We just discovered this place the other day and just loved it! We ordered online which was so easy. We picked it up and ate in a nearby park. It was the best salad ever. I love that there are so many choices and that it was a flat fee. The family loved their burgers. We will be back.

Stay away if you are a vegetarian! I ordered from uber eats, so that probably contributed. But, I specifically ordered ‘no protein’ on my wrap and it was stuffed with chicken. I have my receipt it does specifically say no protein. I’m so upset, I’ve been a vegetarian since I was 12. Uber eats will not refund me. Hello Bistro says that is Uber eats responsibility. I would definitely avoid Hello Bistro!

Sept 2021 update – Had to give them another try. They are in a relatively convenient spot next to all kinds of shopping and the concept of salads and sandwiches for lunch is good. This was a gorgeous day and they had outdoor seating available, so the stars seemed to have aligned.

This time we ordered a make-your-own salad and the Southwest BBQ burger meal. The burger was supposed to have some seasoning to it, but I could not detect any – perhaps due to the BBQ sauce, the french fries, the cheese and onions. It was tasty though, and I handled the lack of heat by grabbing some of the available Tabasco to dunk the burger in.

The salad was made just the way we wanted it. The shrimp are the little tiny ones, and even though we asked for it to be lightly dressed, it was almost drenched, but overall, it was good and tasty.

A salad and a burger ended up setting us back $25. Seems high.

Overall, I am bumping up the rating to a three star for the better experience this time.

2021 – Went there last night on the way back from shopping and were very disappointed. As it was a last minute decision, we did not order ahead, but stopped in. The ordering process was smooth and efficient. We noticed a LOT of people working and a bunch of people waiting for orders, but – maybe? – there were a lot of to-go orders?

We ordered salads from their normal menu with one substitution in each salad. In one case, we asked that instead of shrimp, they put in their Salmon. In the other case, we asked that they really spice it up! in both cases we were disappointed.

There was no real sign of any kind of COVID restrictions. Some signs on some tables, but they were ignored with people sitting at those tables without masks on, etc.

As we were idly waiting, we noticed that four of the workers started congregating together and looking over one of the salads – as it turned out, it was one of ours – there seemed to be something wrong with it and they were debating what to do. Eventually, one of the workers started fishing out some of the ingredients and discarding them. We thought that was odd.

A few minutes later, that same worker came towards us with a paper bag with our two salads. Not connecting the dots, we saw that there were two salads in the bag, so we left and drove home. When we got home and unpacked, we figured out what happened: In salad #1, they put it together with shrimp and then realized their mistake. However, rather than discard it, they attempted to fish out the shrimp, and replaced it with chopped up salmon (the kind that comes from a can – like tuna!!!) and served it to us. Luckily, we are not allergic to shrimp as we found some shrimp in the salad after all.

As to salad #2, remember that I asked for it to be spiced up? That translated to exactly one small square piece of jalapeno. Very disappointing!

Mistakes happen in food service. It’s how they are handled that determine whether a restaurant gets a good rating or a poor rating. This place does not deserve a good rating based on this experience!

Notice in the photos that both the salmon (again, it was the canned variety) and the avocado, were placed on top and the squashed flat when the container was closed on it. Presentation was terrible!

The salad was lacking. Didn’t even fill the bowl. The delivery was awful took forever. And the app took away the tracking. Definitely wasted 45 dollars on a salad and burger.

The fresh salads here are amazing!! It is owned by Eat n Park, so i was also able to get a cup of their delicious soup as well!!

You can order at kiosks, so you can take your time choosing exactly what you want. Then, you can see it being made right in front of you!! The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. It is a perfect place to have some quiet time by yourself or to catch up with a friend

This is a better version of Panera bread with plenty of healthy options. They have many quality choices available for every different type of person. The prices are good for the amount that you get. I just wish there were more locations so I could try out their menu more often.

What a surprise. A progressive bistro for sure. Not only do you step into the future of eateries, but your choice of the many options offered there will surprise you as well. I had what might be called the Avocado hamburger, my granddaughter, a wrap that will go unnamed because i paid attention to only my burger.
Seating indoors or out, music playing, not to loud, the experience was pleasant. The only thing missing for me was the lack of contact with the staff. I miss the short conversation that can be had. Other than that it was great. We say n talked while the food was enjoyable. I will return.

Go to Wendy’s for a burger instead.
Burger patties way too thin and cooked too much, curled up, and on the dry side, a case of “Where’s the beef?!” The add-ons made for a sloppy unappetizing burger. Told us HALF an avocado; what she got was a quarter. Thin overcooked dry fries, ate only one bite. I was starving, so I ate my scrawny 9-bucks turkey burger, with a half teaspoon of grilled mushrooms, in 3 quick bites. Chincey, all. Wasn’t used to picking up order in a cubby, wondered, then employee pointed out to me. Got a partial refund, at least.
