We have usually had great service and good food. We have ordered salads from Hello Bistro several times while our kitchen was being renovated. The last few salads have been made incorrectly and the salad bowl filled half way with dressing. When I called to speak with the evening manager she had an attitude and said, “well we are busy”.

This would be a much higher review as I have been here several times and always had good food, but today has sullied that good will. My burger and fries takeout had the fries in the picture. It looks like they dumped the bottoms of a bag of frozen fries into old grease and then bagged them. They tasted terrible. Whoever actually served that should feel bad about it. The burger was very good and normally is, so I am disappointed with this visit. I’d be happy to change the review in the future, but this was a let down.

I always love going to McCandless location. I have never been disappointed. Quality food and quantity. Always smiles. Myah was very helpful showing me my choices for my favorite Pasta 😉 and greens. Thank you to the staff also. And to the entire company I deeply miss the pasta.

Wonderful experience here! Special shout out to Andrew, who made my salad. He took great care navigating gluten free items, grabbing fresh ingredients that were more prone to cross contact. He checked the spice mix on the chicken to make sure it was safe for me. I really appreciate his thoroughness. The salad was spectacular. It is mixed in a larger bowl before being squished into a container with so much salad it’s bursting.
I highly recommend the build your own, as you get as many side toppings as you want. The fries are delicious and crispy, for only $3, might as well grab an order. I would say they could use a container instead of just the bag, but it works.

Food was extremely cold, and sloppy. Blonde lady screamed at me along with other customers for being “loud”, even though once we left the noise level maintained the same. Other customers even told us that we were being very modest and quiet. NEVER come here.

It was our first time every coming here, and we will definitely not be returning. We had to wait a very long time for two salads while the workers practically stood around. It’s honestly embarrassing that a perfectly capable adult can’t manage to read a receipt and put the correct ingredients in a bowl. Both of our salads came with extra ingredients which we did not order and one of them was entirely messed up, and served on a base of spinach instead of quinoa. We watched dozens of people’s hot food sit on the shelf for 15 minutes before the COLD salads were finally done. We watched very clearly as the table next to ours stood up and showed a manager their burger after quite literally getting a scrap of meat, I’m talking the size of a pickle slice. It’s genuinely Impress how a place with this kind of service managed to stay open for more than 8 years. Do not recommend

For how busy it is, they have it down to a science. They get everyone situated fast. Salads are bit overpriced. $3 dollars for half an avocado is a bit extreme, but I guess that is business. The tofu is amazing. Is very crowded though, but possibly benefit for a bigger space.

Love the concept, we get the burgers but substitute with a turkey patty. My favorite is the overeasy cheeseburger meal with fresh cut fries and boylyns black cherry from the fountain. The wife gets the same burger but has a gluten free bun.
The staff is super friendly and the location is in the heart of McCandless Crossing. Great spot for salads also where they custom make them like a Subway or Chipotle.
Convenient, tasty, big variety and overall a great place to try if you want a change from the usual fast food.
