The person who waited on me was helpful & nice. Nothing was wrong with the food. Decent burger & fries. You might like the sauce on a Big Mac a little better; but it is close. Might just be more used to McDonalds. Their burger is fine though. Didn’t see anything unclean at all. Would consider stopping in again!

I haven’t been to Hello Bistro in a few years. I went to the Oakland location this past weekend. I ordered a cheese burger and fries which is what I would usually order in the past. All I can say is I need to go more often . That burger and fries was sooo good. I asked for salt but I didn’t even use it on my fries. They were seasoned perfectly. The burger had the right amount of condiments for me. I wasn’t even starving but I didn’t leave a crumb . I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Salad was great. Love that we can order what we want. Wish there was an option to add diced ham. Was a little expensive for what we got, but overall good.

Do not order through their app – they regularly let Dashers take the order and complete it before even leaving the store, then steal it and you’re on the hook $ for 3 days before refund, and are offered no additional support for the inconvenience. Has happened 3 different times – only when using the Hello Bistro app. Change your third party service or do better, especially because it creates annoyance with the staff when it isn’t their fault. Post surgery and can’t drive, just wanted something healthy and filling, and now am out $30 and have no dinner.

The workers here have a bad attitude, even cursing at customers at the front. They can prepare your food pretty slowly most days. The fries are salty enough to kill a snail. The gluten free bun is pretty decent but they don’t actually follow precautions because I have had gluten reactions from here. Samsung pay works sometimes, it may depend on who is the cashier. I have had issues with this location in the past regarding undercooked meat. Hello Bistro is a good restaurant but not this particular location. The one downtown is a much better choice.

I am impressed with number of toppings you can add to salad. In terms of food, great. I had the biggest salad in a long long time with probably most diverse mix in my bowl. However, I do agree with some reviews that say the staff seem not to care that much to be nice to customers. They get the job done, though. I don’t mind that much, but if you know you may, just expect to be direct with them what you want.

Delicious large and filling salads. Mya and Sonaiya are the best. They give good healthy portions and are always very professional and nice.

I used the kiosk and I shouldn’t have. Because my salad was a mess. I selected the spring mix with iceberg, I really only wanted spring mix, but that wasn’t an option. They took their good old time and there was nobody in there. Then they set your salad in the pick up area and you have the bag it yourself so I pretty much did everything myself. No service. My salad literally had all iceberg and it was all mixed together, shook up. That’s not the way I like my salads. In the pictures the toppings were nicely placed on top and presentable. The ingredients didn’t look fresh, The iceberg seemed to be wilted. It definitely wasn’t a green salad little on the brown side. Disappointed!

Clean, simple, and fresh. Just what we were looking for. Right now my wife and I are on an AIP diet and hello bistro had one of the best (only) available options for us. Their roasted chicken specifically is great because it’s prepared with the most minimal ingredients. I was generally impressed by the simplicity of what they cook and how fresh it was!

I have been going to this location for years. The staff changed since I last been there, which is understandable. However, it has changed for the worst. The woman who took my order seemed overwhelmed and in charge of everything. She was rude while taking my order. She rushed my order, to the point that I would forget items like a drink and when I would ask for what I forgot. She would roll her eyes and had a poor demeanor for customer service. The good news is the food was great. The bad news is the service sucked. Yes they were short staff, but quality customer service should still come first. I have worked in short staff restaurants and you just don’t take your frustration out on customers helping to keep things running so employees can have a job.
