Savory, filling, & oh so delicious! Had the brisket sandwich and the Mac and he had the brisket and beans. So yum! Popular place during lunch, but served fast. Staff is super friendly and engaging. Expect some sampling too. The turkey was amazing too!

We drove 3 hours to get this amazing BBQ! The brisket (how I usually gage good BBQ) was tender, smoky as it should be, and perfectly cooked. The ribs were amazing, I was sad they were out of turkey, but it’s just that good that they can’t keep it on from selling out. As you can tell from our empty plates we loved it!

The BEST brisket you will EVER have! I love the food, the service, the food! I used to track these guys down when they had their tent. I have followed them many places! I once even showed up the day before I was so excited. Now I can go any time i want!
Update! Still the BEST! Love this food. I hate going to a busy place to eat, but I LOVE seeing this place packed full of people. The food is the best. The service is top notch, they treat you like a real person not just a paying customer. The menu has been growing. The jalapeno cheddar sausage is amazing!

Very clean restaurant. The staff were very friendly and clean as well. We ordered a brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich and some Mac and cheese.
Sauce was on the table. We sampled it, nice mix of vinegar and sweet with a hint spices. I did not use the sauce in the meat as I loved the rub.
Brisket was well seasoned with a nice rub. The meat was tender and juicy. The bun was buttered then toasted on a flat top grill. Perfect amount of meat in this sandwich.
Pulled pork was well seasoned with rub. The meat was tender and juicy. Again, perfect amount of meat in the sandwich, and I did not use sauce.
I didn’t use the sauce because I like to taste the meat. The sauce was good though.
Mac and cheese tasted homemade. It was a little greasy and seemed it separated a little.
Overall our experience here was very good. Would I return again? Yes! This meat was smoked over wood. You could taste it. Delicious.

Excellent! I visited Hellfire BBQ yesterday to get a takeout order. The brisket and pulled pork are seasoned and smoked so perfectly that there’s no need to add bbq sauce, although the sauce on the side is a very good ketchup based sauce with a tiny bit of heat. The mac and cheese and creamed corn are some of the best we’ve ever had! The owner and employees are extremely friendly and the restaurant is clean and comfortable! Needless to say, we’ll definitely be back soon!

We ordered the chopped brisket sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich, and a half pound of spare ribs. The chopped brisket sandwich was by far the best part of the meal. The meat was so smokey and flavorful. The pulled pork sandwich had good flavor, but it wasn’t a strong flavor. I recommend using their BBQ sauce with the pulled pork sandwich. The sauce is very good and is like a Carolina style sauce. The pork spare ribs were very tasty. Sweet and peppery. Two ribs equaled half a pound. One thing I did notice is that the meat wasn’t hot. The meat was just somewhat warm. I’m normally use to BBQ being hot. Also, I think some background music would be a nice added touch. Overall, it was a very tasty meal. The meat is a little pricey, but keep in mind it is good tasting BBQ. If I were to go again, I would probably stick with the chopped brisket sandwich.
Currently they sell smoked meat by the pound, two sandwiches, and a few sides. Also, they can sell out quick so go early!

Idaho Falls finally has a great BBQ place. Excellent service, nice clean interior. The chopped brisket sandwich is amazing, so juicy and seasoned perfectly. Pulled pork is also excellent, not to smoky and also juicy. One sauce, but damn is it a great sauce, just a hint of vinegar and no bitter taste. Mac and cheese was good, so was the cream corn, and they were even better mixed into each other. I’ll definitely make this my go to for BBQ now. Well done gentlemen, I hope business stays good for you!

Honestly, some of the best BBQ I e ever had. They keep the menu simple, but it’s definitely for the best. The brisket is absolutely fantastic. This is a great place to eat in Idaho Falls and I drive by it all the time. I’m excited to see the building updated and out to good use. The 3 guys who run this place are ULTRA nice and very fun to talk to. I would highly suggest you try this place out.

Great food and the Mac and cheese is really good. Hellfire has that authentic BBQ look and feel. Get the brisket combo sandwich . You get a drink a side and the brisket sandwich. Love eating here with fiends, family and co-workers.

Honestly, I’m not sure why this review took so long to write. I’m convinced that somewhere in the back of my mind, I wanted to keep this treasure to myself.
We’ve been regulars at Hellfire since they opened their brick & mortar location. Everything on their menu is delicious but my personal go-to’s are always the brisket and mac & cheese! You know you’re devouring delicious barbecue when you don’t have to drown your food in bbq sauce. Though, the bbq sauce is delicious so it’s there to amplify the flavor of your meat (versus substituting flavor that doesn’t exist). The banana pudding has also been a favorite in my household since it was introduced to the menu.
On top of great food, the staff at Hellfire are always friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend stopping in soon.
