Here’s the deal: I could comment on the food, service, etc. However, I must give the lowest possible rating because of shady business practices. I went here twice with my partner, and each time we ordered something different, so the bill was a different amount (pictured). However, we were charged a phantom two cents on the bill! In the photos, add the subtotal and the tax and compare to the “discounted cash total” — there’s a two cent variance! Can I afford it? Yes. Can you afford it? Yes. But if everybody that walks through the door is charged this fraudulent price-up, this place of business has earned a few extra hundred bucks a month. Additionally, they do not explicitly say the credit card surcharge percentage, but it’s 4%, well above the 3% that credit card companies charge businesses per transaction. This is an unethical business that we as a community should not support.

My mom and step dad love this place. My son and I joined them the day after Christmas. Though they were quite busy the service was great, the waitress was super friendly and the food was fast and delicious! Our waitress was Beth B and she was so friendly, quick, accurate and anticipated our needs. My son said she read his mind assuring us our food would be done soon and when he accidentally spilled some syrup she brought us napkins she even brought a damp one for him. She was amazing! The food was delicious and a great price. To quote my son the food was “bussin bussin”, the pancakes had a good texture and the homefries were so good. We also used the restroom which was a good size, it looked and smelled clean and was well stocked. Overall excellent experience!!

It’s a diner, and they do what diners do best. Abroad selection of menu items to fulfill everyone’s taste, great service, and reasonable prices. If you’re looking for a life-changing culinary event, this is not the place to go. It was good food, albeit standard quality restaurant supply house ingredients.
Two of us had Panini’s with french fries on the side., One with chicken strips and french fries on the side. The fries were good. The sandwiches were less outstanding. One of us had a Swiss mushroom hamburger. It was an average hamburger, nothing special.
The service was very good. Although some of the waitresses were middle aged they were zipping around like a 16-year-old after a can of Red Bull.
A good staple of the Hellertown dining scene.

Stopped by on a Sunday night at 8:45 for a quick bite. Lighted sign out in front of Diner said open. Diner was closed. Google maps says it’s open till 10 PM seven days a week. The diner’s own website says it’s open until 10 PM seven days a week. There are no contrary hours posted on the door. Called on the phone, nobody answers, no message. I called back during the day and was told that they sometimes just close if it’s not busy. What a preposterous way to run a business. Either reduce your shift staff so you have enough to keep the doors open but don’t have people standing around, or regularly close your restaurant early on nights that traditionally underperform. Or, put a big sign right on the door that says “we sometimes close randomly if we feel like it, so please call ahead before coming.” I was told that in the future, I should call to find out if the diner is still open before driving 25 minutes to get there. How about I just don’t come to the diner anymore? That will 100% make sure that I never get the stiff arm again.

I ate here with my best friend. I ordered the chicken alfredo with a side of fries and my friend got the rodeo burger. The chicken alfrado was amazing. it was so delicious and the sauce was really rich and creamy. my friends burger was cooked very well and was fantastic. Our server Jessica was very nice and very friendly. she kept checking up on us and asking if things were going well. Me and my friend love coming here. everyone is so nice and the food is always so great. even if your full it makes you wanting more. I HIGHLY recommend their food.
