Hell n Blazes delivered a truly outstanding experience. They did a fabulous job catering the Brevard Women Social Club gathering supported by The Bond Maker. The food was excellent with a great variety that everyone enjoyed, and the service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish.

Their private room is fantastic and perfect for group gatherings, making the evening feel comfortable, organized, and special. Everything was handled with care and professionalism.

Highly recommend Hell no Blazes for any catering needs or special events. Definitely a 5-star experience. Check them out!

In town on business and based on great reviews we stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Located in historic downtown Melbourne with good parking options. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was amazing.
We started off with a Blackberry Pom Margarita and a Caribe Pineapple Cider, both were very good.
For our meal we tried the blackened chicken breast in a cream sauce over linguine and the Ringer Burger with white cheddar, beer battered onion rings and bacon. Both meals were flavorful and a must try when you stop in. Highly recommend.

Hell ‘n Blazes Brewing absolutely blew us away. We came in with a very large family group after my uncle’s funeral, and the staff handled everything flawlessly. Our servers worked incredibly hard, kept drinks coming, and were kind and attentive the whole time.

The catered food was outstanding—wings, roast beef sliders, Asian meatballs, bruschetta, plus Carolina gold and buffalo sauces with big bowls of ranch and blue cheese so everyone could customize. The trays stayed full and hot, which is not easy with a crowd that size.

The space itself is fantastic: a cozy, well-decorated taproom, a small private room to the left of the bar, and down the hallway a back game room with free electronic games, darts, and a jukebox, plus a view into the brewery through big windows. Beer was excellent, food was excellent, and the overall hospitality was top-notch. Highly, highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back for a regular night out.

Nice craft brewery in Historic Downtown Melbourne. Great location. The mainstay IPA is good but the seasonal Hunt for Hazy October and Orange Creamscicle were very good. We had our dog with us but the patio area is perfect for dogs. We were on a mission to find beer, not food but we got the pretzel which was good. Got a flatbread which was very good too. If you are in Palm Bay or Melbourne, I highly recommend you give them a try. Our server Skylar was very nice. I will ask for her next time I visit. The Space Coast beer environment isn’t rich, but Hell’n Blazes Brewing would be a gem anywhere.

We hosted a private event in the Vault and we had a wonderful experience. We had more guests than anticipated and our server handled it with grace. The food was complimented by all the guests, the room was perfect bc people could come and go as they liked, and the staff were all very kind. Compliments to the chef and the serving staff – Thank you all for making my moms surprise 70th birthday wonderful.

Stopped by after a long day and this place hit the spot. I tried three different beers: Todd’s Crumb Catcher (my favorite), the Oktoberfest, and the Sap Tap. Todd’s was smooth, nutty, and just the right kind of bold without being too heavy. The others were solid too, but Todd’s earned the spotlight.

My brother had the Northern Flow Lager and loved how clean and crisp it was. His girlfriend went for the tequila flight, and judging by her smile halfway through, I’d say that was a success too.

For food, we went with the Cajun gator bites and fried pickles. Both were excellent, but those gator bites… easily one of the best versions I’ve had anywhere. Crispy outside, tender inside, and the dipping sauce brought some serious flavor.

The whole vibe inside is chill and welcoming. It’s got that “locals and travelers mixing over good drinks” energy, and the staff kept things moving even with a busy crowd.

If you find yourself in downtown Melbourne, hit up Hell ‘n Blazes. Order a Todd’s Crumb Catcher and the Cajun gator bites. Trust me, they don’t miss.

Stopped in for lunch on a whim and so glad we did. Not from the area so knew nothing about the place other than the online reviews. Food, drinks, service, and atmosphere was on point. Highly suggest and will return!
