I cannot stress enough how delicious these dishes are! Best Chinese restaurant! I would never expect this high standard in a city like Hobart because I believe this is considered superb even in bigger cities like Sydney. Please do not rate down the service because they are short in staff. But the food is definitely worth the wait!!! Love it! Love it!

Worst experience. We arrived before 9 PM and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet the service was extremely slow. It honestly felt like the staff were more focused on closing than on serving customers.
The food was served one by one with a huge gap in between. One person finished eating while the others were still waiting. Then the next person got their food and finished it… and so on.
We came to enjoy a meal together, not to eat separately and just fill our stomachs. Very disappointing experience.

I had an excellent dining experience here. The coconut chicken was incredibly flavorful and comforting, the steamed live fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the stir-fried vegetables were crisp, vibrant, and delicious. Every dish tasted good. Highly recommended.

Easily one of the best foods I’ve ever tasted in my entire life.
Had combination flat rice noodles and sizzling sliced beef with black pepper. The dishes names don’t sound any special but they’re insanely delicious.
My father usually hates Chinese food but he absolutely loves this place and so do I.
The interior decor isn’t much but who cares about decor when the food you’re getting is this good.

Disgraceful display of animal cruelty. This restaurant has about 20 barely alive fish jammed into a tiny display case in their front window. The fish have no room to swim, turn around etc they are all laying half dead in the display tank. Have reported them to RSPCA.

Those fish are not hibernating, they are dying… you threat to sue me only proves you know this is cruel. The display is in your restaurant and is therefore your responsibility, your name is above the abhorrent display. This sort of cruelty will not be tolerated. Remove the display or I will add more reviews each day it is kept there.

Claimed the case doesn’t belong to their restaurant, threatens legal advice, however they are posting items from the case on their restaurants social media pages. This restaurant is a disgrace and continues to promote animal cruelty. This sort of treatment towards animals will not be ignored in this country.
I will remove my review when you remove the animals from that cruel hell.

We went here late night, everywhere was closed and also here was closed but the owner welcome us to seat and ordered. Very kind of him.
The food was so delicious, we order Duck, Mongolians’s beef , chicken and fried rice. Everything was so tasty and so fresh. We so lucky to have dinner here.

Please don’t waste your money here and get a bad experience. This picture shows a $344, 1.3kg lobster. The 1.5kg lobster I ate in another restaurant seemed to be twice the size. If this is my misunderstanding, So what I’m telling you is, he asked us if we wanted pasta on the lobster, and we did. But he didn’t tell us at the checkout that it was 30. What’s more, I asked him if the beef was cooked, and he said it was already in the pot. When I asked again 30 minutes later, he said he was sorry he forgot your order
