Pinky Swear (not on Google Maps yet) is the swanky bar outside of Heirloom where you can drink and eat as a consolation for not having a reservation at Heirloom. Cocktail menu is inventive, but I felt the drinks had all had spent too much time being stirred or shaken with ice. White wine was room temp. Limited menu of items have excellent flavors, but you will spend a lot and leave hungry for another place to get dinner if you haven’t eaten.

Best restaurant in the state of Arkansas and one of the best in the US. Exquisite dishes, plated to perfection. Service is impeccable. One of the best dining experiences you’ll ever have.

This is one of those places you must try if you are a foodie. This is the most unique dining experience in Arkansas. Amazing food preparation. The plating was stunning and the drink pairings were spot on. You are not going to find any restaurant that gives more attention to the food or to the service. Small place only seats 16-20 so the chef delivers every plate. No menu here. Just show up and let Chef Jason Paul work his magic. Dietary restrictions are no worries here either. The called and asked if anyone in my party had a special diet. If you are wanting to try this place, be sitting at your computer on their website at 11am on the 15th of the month. The reservations for the next month take minutes to fill up. To both Chef Jason Paul and Danielle, I thank you for your dedication and hard work. That was truly one the the best meals of my life. I will never forget my 50th birthday dinner.

This is probably the most unique experience in Arkansas for dinning. When reservations are made available – they are for 3 months at a time and they are filled in a matter of minutes. The restaurant on seats about 20 people and there is one seating per evening. Customers are seated in about 15 minute increments it seemed like, so they all don’t show up at once. This allow the staff and chef to provide personal attention. You get to watch the chef prepare dinner for you. Everything we had, had the most amazing flavors. This was certainly a treat!

There is nothing like this in NWA… there may not be anything like this within several states. The food was amazing and the experience was so much fun. There were only 5 tables in the restaurant and the kitchen is right there in the room. I had never enjoyed a multi course meal of this nature before and was a little worried I wouldn’t enjoy it fully. I was worried for nothing. Every course was something unique and the flavors were incredible. My wife requested vegetarian and everything Chef Jason made for her was just as amazing as the other dishes… In fact, one of hers may have been my favorite of the night…but it’s hard to pick a favorite.

Heirloom at the 1907 easily could have fell victim to runaway train levels of momentum and hype, but they not only kept things on the rails, but managed to take us on the best culinary journey possible. The hard to secure seats are more than worth the effort as it was the best dining experience in our area and should be considered amongst the best in the country. Several moments elicited goofy, wide grins as I was blown away by the creativity and execution of ideas. Taste, temperature, texture, presentation, balance… everything was top notch. Every course hit, and I cannot wait to go back.

Heirloom at the 1907 deserves a Michelin star rating. The food and experience is on par with, and in some cases exceeds, any fine dining I’ve had in DC or Europe. —My party of 4 was fortunate to get a seating in late March 2022 as a stand-by, since reservations fill up within seconds of being offered. The food did not disappoint, and the ambiance and restaurant layout are very cool. My only recommendation is to add a cocktail pairing option with each course; the restaurant shares space next to The Foreman bar. —Give Jason Paul an episode on Netflix’s Chef’s Table!
