From the moment we walked in, this place completely won us over. Every detail—from the calming, stylish atmosphere to the exceptional food—felt thoughtfully done. We’re the type who loves to sample everything, and on this visit we went all in with multiple appetizers, entrees, desserts, and cocktails. Not a single dish missed the mark; each one was memorable in its own way. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the night feel extra special. The space itself was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed, indulgent evening. This is one of those rare spots that delivers on every level, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

Wow! What a treat tucked away here by the mall/Costco…came for our anniversary dinner. DW experienced Heirloom during an event at the 1880 next door – so she had the shrimp and grits which were just out of this world.
I had the burger – it was really, really good. The toppings/fixings were super flavorful, and complimented (not overpowered) the burger flavor. What a treat and just an enjoyable dinner.
Bonus: Autumn, our server, was just jewel. Attentive, professional, and super personable – I love a skilled server who actually looks like they are enjoying the work! Great job, Autumn – thanks making our night!
PS. Bread Budding desert was a super finish!

My Birthday Dinner! The atmosphere was great, as was the service thanks to our waitress Autumn! The food was really great!! We had: Appetizer: Cheddar Hoe Cakes, My meal: Mine: Smokey NC Trout pan seared with smoked salt My hubby’s: Country Fried Steak My birthday dessert. . . Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce and Coconut Ice Cream!!

Reliable Upstate
We had a nice intimate meal with family. The reservation came in handy. The food came out in a reasonable time and was absolutely fantastic. I had the pork chop and my wife had the trout. We also had a few burgers that were ordered at the table and I unfortunately wasn’t able to get a picture before they were consumed. Everything was perfect. The noise level of the restaurant was perfect as well. Drinks were always kept full and our sever was very attentive.

Our server, Kaylin was exceptional! The food was presented beautifully, and tasted even better. We did not have reservations. And it was handled in a very unfortunate way. We were made to feel less than. The manager had every chance to make up for it. Witnessing the whole event. But chose not to. So, have reservations or be banished to the bar!. The bar was beautiful too. Five star rating is for Kaylyn, the service and the exceptional food. I will be back, but I will have reservations in advance.

Went to the bar for some food and drinks and had the spectacular time meeting Masha! Absolute star and I only trust her with my long Island drinks from here on out.
The only thing that was wild to me is “masha’s long Island”. That should 100% be added. I travel often for work, so this is legitimately the best one of have had across several states! Keep it up and keep her, please!

Masha is absolutely amazing at her job. 25 nights in the hotel and she was rarely not here. She was always cheerful and had the best to say about the menu and kitchen staff.
Aside from her, the food is good, I’ve pretty much eaten everything off the menu, but the prices for the food are ridiculous. 34 bucks for some oysters, sure I ate the several times…. Outrageous.
50 bucks for a sorry ribeye, yes I ate it, but again it’s not worth 50 bucks. They are bending over hotel guests like me who are tired after a days work and profiting.
25 nights at this hotel and Masha was hands down the shining star. Thank you dear for everything

First time but I’ll definitely be returning. Food was amazing. We had the special which was Grouper with the shrimp and grits setup. Absolutely delicious! Our server Vivian was extremely attentive, she was very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. Atmosphere had a an outstanding ambiance. I can’t wait to return! Thank you for such an awesome evening as we celebrated a birthday!

I was traveling through Greenville and few weeks ago and went to the bar at Heirloom and had a phenomenal experience! The appetizer I got as well as the drinks were top notch. Our bartender, Corrin, did a great job recommending drinks to go with our food and they all tasted incredible! I will definitely be going back next time I’m in town!
