This place hasn’t changed in 50 years. The bar is spectacular, old dark wood. The pizza is thin crust and it’s awesome. They only cook 2 pizzas at a time, so it can take a little while to get served if you eat there. You can always call in your order, then take it to go.

Certainly an interesting place. A bit hard to find. Not a bunch of seating. We arrived at 5:50 as they open at 6. Expect the dining experience to be DIY. It took just over an hour to get the 2 pizzas we ordered. So, be prepared for that. The pizza was awesome. It’s a thin crust……but, it’s unique. Sauce is really special and awesome. The sausage and cheese was fantastic. The other pizza had mushrooms……the seemed like precooked and not fresh, a bit disappointing. Taste was still really good.

Really good classic thin crust pizza. Made by hand in the back with lots of love and attention to detail! You’ll have to be patient – they seem to be made one at a time with one oven, but it’s worth the wait. PLUS, I left my purse there and the granddaughter Ashley was so sweet and immediately accommodating and met me to return it!! So appreciative!!

BEST PIZZA I’VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!!!
I’m not someone who usually enjoys pizza, but THIS pizza was way beyond perfect and delicious! I can’t say enough about how good it was. Even reheating the leftovers of it the next day, blew my socks off cuz it was still so good. Omg! Couldn’t get enough and I’m sorry we didn’t order two large pizzas, but I know better for next week.
The crust was thin and perfectly crispy.
Ample amounts of toppings (pepperoni, sausage & mushroom), especially the cheese.. lots of yummy cheese. The sausage tasted authentic & delicious, which is rare these days. My mouth waters now as I think of how good this pizza really was. I can’t express this enough.
Please don’t ever change a thing Heine’s! This pizza can’t be beat! My husband agrees and he’s a real dedicated pizza connoisseur. Keep up the great work because, going forward, we’ll be back every week for more of this hidden gem pizza.
