This is one of my favorite places to eat in the whole area. I haven’t had everything on their menu but everything I have had has been excellent. These are the best sandwiches made anywhere. The staff is super nice. The prices are totally reasonable. I often drive 20 minutes from Mill Creek and struggle with downtown Snohomish parking just to go to Heidi’s for lunch. There are places that are closer and easier to access. But Heidi’s draws me in all the time.

I love Heidi’s Sandwichboard. My favorite menu item is the Scoop & Fruit Trio, the chicken salad is the BEST!! The service is always friendly and I love the fun farmhouse vibe. This is a place I always recommend to my clients new to the area. The charcuterie boards are yummy as well. Give Heidi’s a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This is only the second time I have eaten at Heidi’s because I don’t live close, but I could hardly wait to get there after only eating there once before. The food is very good quality and always displayed beautifully. I had an incredibly delicious french dip.

Heidi’s is the best sandwich spot. I haven’t had one bad soup or sandwich. And the cakes are yummy as well! Plus they also serve alcohol. Everyone who works here is nice and I haven’t ever gotten bad service. I wish they were open 7 days a week! But I also understand it’s a small business and everyone deserves days off.
The last time I went I got their pineapple Margarita and it was very tasty. Not sweet at all. Loved it! Oh! And I was very surprised at how much I loved their potato salad. Trust me, order the potato salad.

Update: 12/7 Tried again today, and once again, sandwiches were good but service was poor, curt and unfriendly. Had to ask for napkins, silverware and the complimentary pickles. Shredded lettuce has no business on a sandwich unless it’s a sub, btw — what a mess!!! Yikes. Get some green leaf or romaine!! Cake served with spoons again — so weird!! Awkward! Love the sandies but it’s a rather painful experience getting them…

The food is good, when you actually get it. Servers are terrible and forgetful. They spend a lot of time on their phones and ignoring customers. When we finally placed our order, we had to remind the server for our drinks after she brought our food after a long wait and continuing to ignore us. The French Dips were great. We had to ask for napkins and forks to eat our side salads with. When we were finished, we waited around for someone to check in on us as we wanted dessert. Eventually we ordered coffee and carrot cake. Again, it took a long time to appear. The coffee wasn’t even warm, let alone hot — it was gross old left over coffee from the night before. We requested new coffees and the server was visibly irritated. Also, when we asked for forks for our carrot cake she said, “Oh, so you don’t like spoons?” We presumed the spoons that had been brought out were for our coffee but… ♀️ We eventually got fresh coffee but only one tiny thing of cream for two of us but by this point we were almost finished with our cake and definitely through with this place and attitude. Sadly won’t be back.

We went on a busy Saturday afternoon and had to wait a little more due to a packed house.
The staff were courteous. Loved the ambience and the atmosphere.
Being fans of warm sandwiches, We ordered the super dooper, philly cheese steak and French dip.
The super dooper tops the list. We would definitely visit this place to try the other ones on the menu. I liked the regular coffee too.
Since this place is in downtown, parking will be difficult to get.

This was second time here. The food was good. The service was abrupt and unwelcoming. Aside from the girl that greeted me. People were short and a bit snappy when i asked if the order she was packing up was my order. The owner made a snarky remark. Meanwhile my order was just sitting on the counter next to her. And then a different employee came and put my completed order in a bag then handed it to me. This was not the service I was expecting after getting a $20 sandwich on my lunch break.

Stopped in here this afternoon for a late lunch. My partner and daughter had been here before under the previous name/owner. However, Heidi and the team did not disappoint.
Between the three of us, we got the philly cheesesteak, the superdooper, and the beast with added pork. Sides we got the macaroni salad, potato salad, and the house tomato pesto soup.
All in all, it was delicious, fresh, and great value for money. We left with a further pint of the soup it was that good. Triple chocolate cake was on point, super rich and thiicccc. The presentation suited the dishes, and we all enjoyed it thoroughly.
The staff were lovely, the place was clean, well presented, and rocking a solid 90s playlist in the background.
We will be back.

I am actively pissed off that I can not fit more of this sandwich in my stomach. I had to take half of my sandwich home. The sandwich was perfect, actually perfect, and I am a picky princess. If ever I am in this town again I shall return like a bat in the night.

Worth the price. Love the ambiance. Unfortunately there’s no inside dining right now because of the pandemic. Looking forward to eating inside when life is back to normal. They do have outside seating in a tent.
