Service was great but that does not make up for the quality of the ingredients. The “sausage patty” on my sausage egg and cheese was wet and flavorless. Second I understand upcharging, but 15 dollars for a lox bagel is wild. I bought them both nonetheless but I don’t think I will ever come back here. The bagels were small and also pretty unimpressive. No shame to the workers, I couldn’t make a better product with these materials.

I mean this place was just a 10/10. I can’t wait to come back for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend the Cajun Turkey with Avocado, Hell’s Kitchen, and the Chicken Parm. It was our first time here and everyone was so friendly and sweet. And the cookies!!!!!!!! All around, truly an A+ little spot.

I mean… really? $9 for *half* a breakfast sandwich is wild. It’s literally a single slice of bread cut in half with some eggs and bacon slapped on it. That’s it.
And somehow it still manages to taste mediocre.
Do yourself a favor: go to the bagel place next door (which is actually great), get a pound of bacon and dozen eggs, make your own sandwich, and keep the extra money in your pocket.
Nice staff though but I will not be back

Sadly, it was our first time in, and we won’t be back. The bagels were quite small and nothing like a New York bagel in terms of texture; we expected more from a place with “Brooklyn” in the name. They were out of eggs, so my partner asked if we could substitute double meat on our sandwiches instead, since we would be missing our eggs, and the girl behind the counter agreed.
We got our food after a surprisingly long wait (there was only one other customer in there, it’s not like they were busy?), and they didn’t give us a receipt, so we didn’t even know how much we’d paid. The workers stood by the coffee carafe for a bit, discussing something quietly; it sounded like they were reluctant to, but ultimately poured us the final drops from the bottom of the pot because they were out of coffee. Sadly, it was weak and served at room temperature.
We asked for the receipt and after leaving, realized that they had charged us for the double meat on my partner’s sandwich and I never got any additional meat substitution for the missing eggs, so we had an extra-expensive sandwich in addition to the fact that we both paid for missing ingredients. What a terrible experience for first-time customers. My sandwich was good, despite being small. My partner’s was laughably bad. The sausage patty was pale and rubbery, and the sandwich was so tiny for $11. It makes you wonder how this place is in business. Not impressed with customer service or quality.

Just ordered from Uber eats and the BLT was basically a slider and hard as a rock, the pototato salad was terrible and only came in a 5 ounce ramaken, and the kitchen missed the no capers modification. Basically paid 40 dollars to be utterly disappointed. Do better Heidi.

Just brought home a chicken parm sub from Heidi’s in Wheat Ridge and the chicken was 100% full raw! If we didn’t look before we took a bite we would have been severely sick. I called and there was no manager and they just said sorry about that.

The sandwich was meh- got the turkey Cajun and it was cold and dry. The potato salad seemed old with no flavor and this weird grainy texture- one bite and straight to the trash. The breakfast burrito came very dry with no green chili on the side as promised.

Unfortunately, no different than just about every other “deli/bagel” place in the Denver area …. skimpy on ingredients and smaller bagels than you’d get in NYC, and at a higher price to boot. I also never trust a place that calls itself “New York Anything” – almost always a red flag. But, like I said, no different than everywhere else around here. I appreciate the effort.

Fantastic fresh food, great atmosphere, the friendliest staff. It is a fantastic spot for a great sandwich, and support a locally owned and operated establishment.

Just ordered a breakfast burrito and while eating it realized there was no green chile inside. Told the guy and he said yeah we’re all out. But didn’t tell me before I paid for it. So make sure you ask if they have all the ingredients before you buy your food.
