Arrived at the same time as a bus load of soccer players, but every order was handled efficiently and kindly. The food is really good, and considering the fact that it is located between a McDonald’s and a What-a-Burger, the majority of occupants of two busses were at Heff’s and that speaks volumes. We loved our burgers even though it was a little pricey.

Delicious home style burgers and good customer service! Took me straight back home, to my mom’s homemade burgers and fries. My kids weren’t crazy about the Heff’s Twister Fries but my husband and I enjoyed them. Kids meals included an ice cream cone; that was nice. The kids meal was plenty big for me and I regret not trying out the Sweet Potato Fries. So glad we stopped here on our way to Lubbock.

Really disappointing I’m back out in sweetwater for work and this place has totally changed from what I remember. The service was the only good part about the meal.
This burger is overcooked like way cooked to long if you like a medium or even a medium well this isn’t the burger you would want. This is let’s throw it on a stovetop and forget about it kinda burger
The twister fries how are some burnt and some raw idk how but this place does it.
With the 3 competitors nearby that can provide any regular burger I came here for quality and for 14 bucks for a combo they sure charge enough for it.
Any of the other places can make the same exact burger for cheaper.

Really good burger for decent pricing. We ordered on the app which was convenient for us. I love that they have the option to substitute the drink for a milkshake… always a plus in my book. The burgers are true beef and you can tell by the taste and texture, which is rare for fast food restaurants.

Traveling through the area and decided to go for the local spot sandwiched between to big fast food chains. We wondered how they do it and then you get your burger and you realize the difference. These burgers are huge, well seasoned and constructed burgers with a flair to make them stand out.
I got the eggcelent burger, which was a hamburger patty with bacon, cheese and a fried egg between two buttered and toasted pieces of Texas toast. While I found myself wanting a little more of their special sauce that they put on the burger, I thought that it was a very satisfying and flavorful meal.
I also got their onion rings and was impressed. These are real onion slices onion rings with a light and crunch batter on them. They were very tasty and made the perfect accompaniment to our burger.
The restaurant was clean and we could easily social distance while we ate. The staff was friendly and brought our food to the table.

Enjoyed our stop here at Heff’s on our way to Colorado with a wonderful group of people from CBC/Community Bible Church in San Antonio. My Brother & I both got the Hometown Burger. Liked that we were able to choose what kind of cheese we wanted. I got Pepper Jack and he got the Swiss. Awesome favor & very filling. Thank you for your sweet smiles & great service.

I ordered the smallest burger a 1/4 lb for around $5. It was HUGE! Definitely filled me up and could have been a meal in itself.
We also got an order of the homemade curly fries. They were a little over cooked, but we still enjoyed them with the dipping sauce. We also got a grill cheese sandwich and it was one of those great thick sandwiches made with Texas Toast.

I loves Heffs and ate at all of them but this is by far the best one! The cleanest, friendliest staff and the best food of all of them! I will be back to this location!!!
