I’m surprised this place wasn’t more busy on a beautiful Saturday because it is a definite neighborhood gem! We sat on the patio with a view of the water and had the best lunch! The queso and salsa were a delicious start. I had the chimichanga with beef tips. The lunch portion was a perfect size and came with rice and beans. I’m not a bean lover but I loved the rice. I asked for some house hot sauce which was a great compliment to the entree. It was FANTASTIC. I LOVE Mexican food and this place THRILLED me. Where else do you get this wonderful ambiance AND great food without having to leave our little area?? This is THE place. I would even throw a party here as the interior is spacious, clean, and downright charming. This is our new spot!

I would like to thank everyone at Hector’s. We decided to celebrate our grandfather’s 80th birthday here. The service, prices, and atmosphere were THE BEST!!!! THE WHOLE family enjoyed it. Oh yeah, and the food was great too . We rented the upstairs space, and they offered a buffet set-up. We were aloud to setup a couple hours earlier. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to create these wonderful memories.

Great food, had a shrimp soup, and some tacos. The shrimp sauce/soup was very good. Margaritas were also great. Our server was friendly and sitting outside was nice, a great place to enjoy time with friends or family

We had dinner here on a Friday and the restaurant was just the right amount of busy and full with people. It’s a very clean and elegant space, with a gorgeous view of the Tackett’s Mill pond. The staff was extremely polite, the portions were generous and the food was delicious in our opinion. My kids tend to over order and we always need take out boxes, but after eating here we didn’t, simply because the food was that good. You must try the jalapeno poppers. They are amazing!

The server was really good and the drinks were on point. The food could have been better but the chips and salsa was decent My quesadilla and my wife’s wings were edible at best. My rice was not hot while my wife’s was warm. I will be going back to give this spot second chance though.

Came in during lunch hour and had a pretty good experience! Food was cheap and came out quickly. Our server was friendly and constantly checking up on us. Overall I’d check this place out again and try new things!

Good sized margaritas that don’t break the bank are a great start to a great meal. Servers were courteous and friendly. The menu has plenty of options that we will have to come back to try. I think their guacamole is made similar to my mother’s recipe – with red onions and some sour cream thrown in. The salsa Fresca is very good, bursting with flavor.

They had no trouble accommodating our large party of 9. Really Yummy food, good prices, friendly service and an awesome location next to the pond. Quit looking at reviews and go get you some fajitas. . We got the mixed grill and mole enchiladas in the pictures which were delicious and the rest of the fam got the fajitas and they looked slamming! .
