The food was incredible, sea food was fresh and made to order . This is a great place to come with friends have a couple drinks and bomb seafood. I recommend the San Pedro and Langonstitas , amazing flavor . The service was also great , overall I have nothing bad to say .

Hector’s Mariscos is probably the num 1 in my book for Authentic Mexican restaurant more specialty in mariscos with your Mexican favs like michelada in OC not just for the food but for the whole experience really. There’s live music at peak times. For the restaurant being as busy and packed they got us in with minimal wait. The security people were so nice got us in and even found us parking. Very well managed place, for sure. I’ve had their tacos but just came to get pick them up cause it gets busy. The red salsa is really good. The green salsa was very hot even for me. My problem is that I just keep eating it. They actually, brought me my michelada right as my mouth was burning. Also the waitresses are so attentive and always checking on you. If you like loud music sit behind a player. This place is popping always live fast and loud a lot going on.

This place used to be so good and loved the atmosphere, went after a concert and it was a little awkward even, waitresses were stand offish almost like they didn’t want to serve us, food was ok nothing special. I feel like food quality and flavor used to be better, unsure what happened… older crowd seemed like just a drinking spot for some ppl likely regulars

Will NEVER go back to this place again. The food and drinks are entirely overpriced for food that is not good. Not just that but we ended up getting sick. For two people on two simple meals we spend over $140. This is super crazy. Not worth money or time. There are plenty of seafood places that are much better and are much cheaper. The shrimp cocktail has no flavor. Good luck to anyone that goes here. Be ready to spend money for no reason.
