Just a food truck so it’s eat in your car. There is a small common table with an umbrella.. Take a look at my pics and I think you’ll agree they don’t look very appetizing, but they were really good. I had the enchiladas. The red sauce looked like brown sauce yet the flavor was yummy. I do think the enchiladas were fried a bit too long. The refried beans were really thick and tasted good. Hubs said the shrimp tacos were ok, said he wouldn’t order again.

Delicious, fresh, and flavorful! We ordered the loaded street tacos with ribeye steak, and the chicken fajita street nachos. Both were very good and large enough portions that we could share. I do wish the nachos had queso instead of shredded cheese but that’s just my personal preference.

By far some of the best food you can find anywhere in Perdido Key. The loaded tacos and California burrito are our favorites.

Holy moly! This was some of the best food I’ve had in ages. Better Mexican food than I’ve had in Mexico. We got the Birria tacos and they were so amazing we ate them all before we could remember to take a picture. Incredibly friendly service and lovely outside atmosphere with a palm tree lined walkway around a small pond for a postprandial stroll. Grab a Jarritos or Aguas Frescas for that authentic experience. You don’t want to miss this spot!

This has to be the most authentic street tacos in Pensacola/Perdido Key. The recipes they use are uncomparable to any other taco stand or restaurant I’ve ever been to that serves street tacos. The flavoring alone has so much love and care that it cannot be replicated. The sauces are made from scratch every morning. Things like this is what makes a great business thrive. The sheer taste and customer service is unmatchable.
If you have not tried their food you are extremely missing out on the most authentic food you can get around. Family owned and operated!
I literally cannot leave the parking lot without finishing every taco. Once you take a bite you cannot stop till there’s none left.

Just stopped by Hector’s Mexican food truck and it was delicious as always. I got the Hector’s special burrito bowl with chicken and it was amazing with a combination of fresh ingredients that fit so well together. I 100% recommend stopping by and get a bowl or tacos.

Cannot speak for the food quality or taste as I didn’t even get that far.
Showed up one day, trying to place an order and was greeted with an absolutely horrible attitude by a younger girl with glasses. She then rolled her eyes at me as I tried to place my order. I wasn’t having it after that, so I left. A couple weeks later I wanted to give them a second chance thinking maybe they just had a bad day. So this time I tried calling. Someone answered just saying “order order”. Nothing more than one word, no hello no greeting whatsoever just “order”. The Phone was then hung up on me so I tried calling back and the answer this time was “yo, who this?”. Before I could respond was hung up on again. I don’t know who is hiring these people, but they certainly should know that the attitude And first impression makes me never want to do business with them again. I hope this reaches the right people to either fix and address the issue with their staff or at least reaches the people who wish to go eat there as they should probably know the attitude they will be confronted with before they spend their money. Good luck!
Plenty of other Mexican food to chose from in town that will respect their customers.

Update:
You do not remember me, I disrespected no one as I didn’t even get a word out to anyone. I refuse to be treated that way and walked away as soon as she rolled her eyes. You can deny and brush it off all you’d like. Seems to be more reviews of the same thing that I read when I look further into your past reviews. But from your response it proves even further that someone else had a negative experience at your truck.
