Stopped in and got a shredded chicken, sloppy joe and two cheese burgers. The only thing stopping me from a five star rating is that the burgers are always dry. I am sure it was preformed frozen patties. Kind of like a high school food football band burger. Service was great and friendly, decent wait time and order was correct. Still a nice place to visit to get away from the normal fast food joint. Next we are going to try the Salisbury steak and fried bologna. Too be continued……. Had a double burger and a fried bologna sandwich with fried sweet corn bites and a peanut butter shake (it was great) toady. Great food today.

I’ve been going here since I was a kiddo and remember the previous owner letting me and a childhood best friend come in and dip our entire cone in a bowl of sprinkles lol. I was nervous when it was bought out but I still go often — The service is great, the staff is always lovely, and the food + ice cream + milkshakes are perf! I especially love how fun the menu has become over the years. I’ll continue to come and bring my children. I hope this will be the spot for generations to come ◡̈

Biggest tip, don’t order your ice cream if you’re getting a sandwich/food. They’ll give you the ice cream and then you’ll wait 15 mins for a hot dog? Or premade/ precooked hamburger? It’s only busy because there’s nothing else around. They don’t even give you napkins, ask because otherwise you’ll wait at the window for awhile before you can get them. Tables don’t get cleaned flies everywhere. It’s over priced for what it is. Disappointed. I’m sure teenagers are running it and no fault to them, it’s the owner.

Review for ice cream and service.
Great service, the young ladies running the windows were nice, and the shakes were out very quick. However, they were the most sub-par shakes I’ve had. The coffee shake had the faintest aftertaste of coffee. The mint chocolate chip didn’t even taste like mint, and there were just large chocolate chips put in it, not even good chocolate.

The dole desserts are my new favorite! The food is cheap, quick, and hot! Definitely one of those places worth checking out!

I’ve stopped twice in the last 3 weeks and both times there were issues. The first time I stopped I ordered a shredded chicken and a hot dog the food was fine but it took 15 minutes to get out. The second time I stopped I ordered a milkshake, shredded chicken, fried mushrooms and a corn dog. The milkshake came out in maybe two or three minutes another 10 minutes for the mushrooms and corn dog. The shredded chicken sandwich came out 10 minutes after that. I don’t understand why they can’t coordinate your order to have it all come out at the same time like a normal restaurant.
