Fantastic location with a wide variety for different pallets and amazing gluten free options- finding a place my wife and I can BOTH enjoy is tough given her intolerance- this is a small shop, gluten green bread was incredibly well made, not dry, about as close to “normal” bread as I’ve ever had, and the gluten free deserts had me “nervous” they weren’t actually gluten free- hard to believe but they were that good! I highly recommend the locally owned and operated Bakery- they have breakfast and lunch as well- so it a great lunch spot with its own flare and personality- we will be back! (I’ll add some photos later) GET THE GF flourless chocolate cake REGARDLESS of whether you’re avg or not it’s ridiculous

I love stopping, and picking up pastries, their breakfast sandwich, lunch, you name it! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is to die for. I have tried one or two things that I had never heard of before, and those were amazing as well! I recently held a celebration at my business, and asked them to make flamingo cupcakes for the party… I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they exceeded my wildest dreams both with presentation and flavor!! I can’t recommend them enough!

Stopped by with my brother to try this place for the first time a few weeks ago. The owner was so kind and sweet to us. We ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was delicious. The bread was fresh and soft but crispy. The pork was still tender and juicy. Also there’s a variety of pastries up front – I had a guava and cheese pastry that was fantastic. I will be back very soon!

In the 1997 political satire, Wag the Dog, William H. Macy as CIA Agent Young proclaims, “There are two things I know to be true. There’s no difference between good flan and bad flan, and there is no war.” Prior to walking into Heavenly Treats Bakery in West Melbourne, I might have agreed with Agent Young in thinking all flan is bad flan. The crowded niche of Latin pastelerías in Brevard far exceeds the per capita Hispanic population. They all serve the same thing: Pastry with Guava, Pastry with Cheese, Pastry with Guava and Cheese, etc. What sets Heavenly Treats apart? The pastry and flan here actually taste good, which warms me from the inside out like a calefacient café con leche. Normally I find such fare to be bland and tasteless, lacking even a modicum of sugar. Thankfully, Heavenly Treats with their two microwaves, sandwich press, and 2×2 convection oven, manage to pull this off. Don’t get me wrong. If there is a heaven, and I end up there, and these are the only pastries they serve, I will be sorely disappointed. However, this is the top end of low end of desserts. Heavenly Treats Bakery also makes lunch. I had the Grilled Cheese. It was adequate, but I wouldn’t drive across town for it.
The Big Boy says, “If you like Latin desserts, Heavenly Treats Bakery is for you. The execution is amazing.”

First, the owner is fantastic! I stopped in for a coffee and was delighted with my cortadito that she recommended. Then I looked up at the sandwich board and was so happy that they made Cuban sandwiches in house. I ordered one to go for lunch & man it was fantastic. The bread made this sandwich. I’ll be back sometime to try her special of the day, this days special was sweet plantains, black beans & I believe, mojo roasted pork.
