Salad was good, cheese sticks was good. The pizza was gross . It was pretty much raw and very doughy. It was a carryout order and if I lived closer it would have been returned. I only ate 1 slice the other people in the house said the same thing more than half of the pizza is left.

I must give credit where credit is due! This small, locally owned business was truly our saving grace on the night of our homecoming!
Our middle schoolers had a dance that ended at 7. We had reservations for 30 for the side patio at another local restaurant but when we arrived we had realized they had accidentally overbooked the patio and there was no longer room to accommodate us. We were panicking trying to find another place to welcome 15+ rowdy boys & their parents. We called Heavenly Pizza & they were AMAZING!!! The staff welcomed us with open arms. I’m sure it was overwhelming and annoying for them to see 30+ people walk into their doors but they never let us see them sweat! They were soooo friendly and got our food out SO quickly despite the massive load we had bestowed upon them.
I will 100% recommend this pizza place a million times over. The owners/staff are so gracious, kind and go above for their customers and fellow community members.
THANK YOU SO MUCH HEAVENLY PIZZA!!! You made our hungry boys so happy and full!

Paid for my order online and due to a glitch the app asked me to call to place the order. When I arrived to pick up my order, My card declined and I realized that the app had stolen my last $30 for dinner. Thanks to their low quality app and issues due to their side, my girlfriend and I will not be able to afford dinner AT ALL tonight. Love the food but place really screwed me over.

Sub par pizza. The Cheese wasn’t even to the edge of the pizza. Then when ordering the cost was 6 dollars more than the coupon because of “premium” toppings. Seriously? For a “Christian” business, that’s not very good transparency. 29.95 for a three item jumbo, unless you want bacon or something other than onion on your pizza. Long gone are the days of affordable good food.

I called into the pizzeria before placing an order due to cheese allergies to make sure the item I was ordering did not contain cheese. I was told it did not. The item was ordered without cheese when the order was placed. When it was delivered I opened the sandwich to make it was cheese-less. Because I have to. I didn’t see any. I took two bites and I could taste cheese. I opened the sandwich again and looked deeper into it and you can see that someone tried to remove the cheese on the sandwich to save the order, but left 20%. You’ll never get the cheese out of a product because it melts and the oils stay within. When someone says they have allergies, some can be life threatening. I called back and complained and the gal at the desk chuckled in return. Certain allergies can have serious consequences with certain people. Hey I know mistakes are made. But this was a two-fer. The one who thought was ok to remove cheese on a customers item and leave 20% and not make a new sandwich and the person who picked up the phone as well.

So I’m a Tiffin native. Have nothing but absolute love for Aj’s pizza and I’ve personally done the owners landscaping for the past 2-3 years (John) I order from here regularly, and I always order the same thing. Ever since the new store has opened I’ve had terrible experiences. I don’t know if it’s new staff members or what it is, but since the new store has opened I’ve only ordered from you guys 4-5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME my order was wrong. I ALWAYS order a pizza sub (no pepperoni, add bacon, extra sauce) and instead of the whole slices of ham I prefer the chopped ham like they put on the pizzas. So I ask for that specifically every single time. Never changes. And every single time I’ve ordered it, they put the whole slices of ham on my sub and it almost always has pepperoni. Few times it didn’t, and it was ALMOST correct. But I have only ordered from the new location maybe 5 times and my sub was wrong every single time. Doesn’t stop me from ordering because I will always enjoy Heavenly pizza. I absolutely love it and always will. However, I just came from getting a carry-out order at the new location. Just got a cheese bread, but saw they serve slices all day now so I figured “why not get a couple right?” Well I did, and I didn’t look at them or anything until I got home… and I definitely regret not looking at them at the store, because I would’ve asked for them to replace the 2 slices I got for new fresher ones. The two I got were almost hard, and absolutely toasted. So once again, I wasn’t very happy with the outcome of spending my money on it. Aj’s Heavenly Pizzs is absolutely amazing and will always be amazing. I just think we need a little more TLC back in the food industry because I shouldn’t have all of this to say about a place I absolutely love. Nothing against the younger generations, but I think a lot of the workers are younger kids… and they just don’t necessarily care a lot about serving good food and having good service and the whole 9 yards. Just my opinion though.

I probably would have enjoyed a “jacks” pizza made at home better than this piece of cardboard. Terrible pizza!! Shrinkflated! This Buffalo chicken pizza literally had chicken BITS on it and basically no cheese that was even recognizable as cheese. Stay away! I’ll not order from here again, and will tell everyone I know.
