I really want to love this place and I keep trying! It has a certain charm and so much potential.
The pros: old-timey atmosphere, good selection of options on the menu, big selection of baked goods and treats.
The cons: food is fine but not really anything special, portions are small for the price, baked goods are available for sale but there are no dates on the packages or prices anywhere (make sure you ask or else you’ll be surprised at the register).
Overall, we’ll be back to try them again. But, it seems like they could be so much better with a little more effort.

Enjoy your stop at this place. We had a bad experience. The old lady was super sweet and so nice to us. The other two staff members were to busy to do there basic job.
Anyway we got our items to go and the staff that came to take our payment were every put out and almost angry in there tone of voice and body language that we walked up to the register.
I understand we are all humans and we may have bad days. But this experience was over the top. Good luck my fellow Google travelers may the sun always keep you warm and the road keep you safe.

True heaven on earth. Staff AMAZING! Club sandwich YUM! Carrot Cake YUMMY! The bakery smelt like Heaven and all the desserts were generous variety of size and proportions.

I am almost hesitant to tell you about this place.It is so special you have to go there to find out for yourself, but you will regret if you don’t at least try some of their bakery goods, and they serve excellent food.Excellent service excellent. I definitely recommend trying the clam chowder.It was very good. atmosphere.

Would love to give 5 stars for food but didn’t get a chance to try lunch menu. Garden burgers were not available. We had a plain sandwich with veggies. There was no meatless soup option either. However the bakery items were superb. The cinnamon roll with pecans was delicious! Pineapple upside down cake slice was great too. The interior decor was very festive and amazing with lots of seating available.

Breakfast was delicious and was exactly what you would expect from Heaven on Earth. The famous Cinnamon rolls are huge but you can get smaller ones too. We bought strawberry jam and quest dip and carrot cake and of course a giant cinnamon roll! Yummm.

We love to travel together and dine in restaurants that have great reviews just to see for ourselves what is so special about that place. For everything we ate it came out to $62.00 which was a decent price. The food had a really scrumptious flavor to every bite. The portions were just right. The server was genuinely kind, attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was clean, and inviting. The sweets looked so delicious unfortunately we didn’t get any but you can definitely go with the other reviews that tell you to try them lol! Overall great place to stop when you’re in the area!

Dont get the big cinnamon roll. It’s almost 20$ and so dry and flavorless!! I warmed it up and took a bite only to be extremely disappointed frosting tast like water and powdered sugar. The bread had no flavor and is very dry. I do not recommend.

We stopped to have breakfast, and when we walked in the smell of hot fresh cinnamon rolls took me back to when I was a child coming to this place with my parents. The breakfast was delicious. I had strawberry French Toast, and hubby had chicken fried steak. Both were delicious and fresh. We bought one of the LARGE cinnamon rolls took enjoy later. The baker was making a pineapple upside down cake that looked Heavenly. The service was quick and all the staff was so friendly. They have a large “store” area that has canned goods, as well as fresh baked delights. We will definitely be back to this little treasure.
