I came here for a private event over the weekend. The entire experience was outstanding! The food was delicious and flavorful. The teas and scones with the jelly were absolutely outstanding. The servers were knowledgeable and attentive. I cannot wait to come back to this place next year!

Such a delightful experience! A wonderful young lady served us assorted teas in lovely china teapots along with finger sandwiches and yummy desserts. A great place to go for a special experience!

As a small business owner myself, it’s wonderful to see a family run business that takes so much care in creating a cozy ambiance, and at the same time, keep it’s service to an impeccable level! OH! And you can buy EVERYTHING in the place from the tea-cup you drank from, to the table you’ve sat at! How awesome is that!? Can’t wait to see the staff again soon!

Lunch was very good but the garden tour event was not staffed well. I wanted to buy a book and a night light. The young woman serving and taking reservations was totally overwhelmed and refused to take my money because she did not have the time. You lost a $100 sale in your gift shop.

Fantastic tea and ambiance. Highly recommend for an afternoon stop while in Rockport, especially on a rainy day. Has savory sandwiches/soups and desserts in addition to the afternoon tea.

It was adorable, delicious, well presented. Friendly staff, nice antiques for purchase. A wonderful time. Great first choice to introduce my friend to high tea.

Our family has visited Heath’s three Springtimes in a row. The interior is adorable. The food is absolutely delicious. The best sandwich was the roasted turkey sandwich with homemade stuffing, served with chips and a pickle. They have buttery scones with lemon curd and clotted cream. There is a wide variety of tea options. My favorite was a blueberry tea.

There is nothing I enjoy more than a traditional British tea, and Heath’s Tea Room did not disappoint! It is an absolutely charming family-run tea room nestled in a darling seaside city. We called in advance for reservations, and they graciously accommodated our early arrival and made us feel so welcome! We selected the Queen Catherine’s Delight, which included an unbelievable egg salad, and my daughter and I also highly recommend the lemon curd on your scones. All was just brilliant!

Just happened by we were lucky they had an opening as they like to usually require reservations the tea was great the sandwiches were great and we had a nice time speaking to the owner and her daughter. The rest of the family works in the kitchen the 15 year old son was in charge of making the corn chowder and he did a fabulous job very tasty. They are only open on Saturday and Sunday and they will be closing according to the owner October 30th for winter break.

Homey place, quiet (big plus), air conditioned (excellent), fair tea selection. I had the full afternoon tea with clotted cream (an extra $2.50 for clotted cream???), which was pretty good, pretty tasty. But I was a bit annoyed that they didn’t include jam along with the clotted cream – you gotta have both, really! My mother had a bleu cheese and apple salad which she liked more than I did the tea – good bleu cheese, I concurred. Good for a quiet place to eat away from much of the tourist hubbub.
