Look…I only closed a few mins…but I had to run to Heather’s Street Food…in front of NAPA on Minerals Wells.
I ordered the Chicken Fiesta Bowl with Creamy Lime
– pico (bc I’m a baby about raw onions)

even with my customers order, everything was right, fresh & served with a smile and great conversation.

Everything from Heather’s food truck is fantastic. My favorite thing is the chicken taco. The chicken salad is amazing, the street corn is a definite must have and her desserts are also out of this world. Heather is one of the friendliest people I know. She always greets you with a smile and a friendly hello. If you haven’t been I 1000% recommend giving her a try.
