My husband wanted to try something new so we decided to try Heaterz chicken since we were in the area.
Upon arrival, the place appeared ti be closed. There was only one car on the lot, and it didn’t look like the lights were on. Another vehicle showed up and went to the door. Lo and behold they were open. We followed suite and went inside. The young man at the counter didn’t greet us. So we opted to use the self service kiosk. We already browsed the menu ahead of time to make everything easy.
We both ordered the chicken Sandwich combo, which comes with 1 side and a breadstick. You can choose what flavor you want, so i opted to get the Nashville hot (Spicy).
We waited about 10 minutes before we got our food, i checked my bag to ensure everything was correct and headed home. The food was still piping hot once we got home.
The Sandwich was juicy, and tender. Seasoned well, and not overly spicy. The fries were crispy, but yet still soft in the middle. They were little spiral cut fries. The breadstick was soft, and fluffy and the Parmesan drizzle on top added extra flavor. The Nashville street corn was delicious. The Parmesan drizzle was a great added touch. I would add a little salt to add some flavor/seasoning and some shredded Parmesan for extra texture.
There are two small tables inside for those who want to dine in. There are also a few slot machines for those who like to play slots. It’s painted black so it makes the place feel small and dark. Plenty of parking outside. Definitely worth giving them a try.

I tried the Nashville Fire Chicken and it was very delicious. It wasn’t not very spicy but the flavor definitely made up for it. They have great portion sizes and have pretty decent value. The fries were very good. The cheese curds and bread stick is also good. Their sauces are also very well made and savory. Heaterz has recently been doing much better in terms of quality and they offer an awesome selection of food. Keep up the great work! 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Chicken is great. I love the Nashville hot and they have great sauces like the garlic, ranch, and honey mustard. I also love their street corn and my husband likes their fries. The spicy cheese curds are great too but I can only do a few of them! Overall, we love this place!

Went Line Dancing at the ink House in edwardsville for Cactus Line dancing. Heaterz was amazing. Kaylin and Kaden provided excellent service and the food was AMAZING. Their generator to the food truck went out but they still made everyone food in 18 degree weather. 10/10 recommend the food and food truck for any event. This was my first experience and will not be my last!!! Also did you know the owner Dan King just went on wheel of fortune and won! Heaterz is winning all around

The food is delicious. Anytime I get money to go out to eat, this is the place I choose. Service is great as well, the employees are so kind! I’ve never had a bad experience at Heaterz. Inside is a bit small to dine in, I will say. Other than that I have no complaints <3

What can I say except THIS IS THE BEST CHICKEN SPOT IN THE MIDWEST HANDS ALL THE WAY DOWN. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich and Nashville medium hot chicken had the right about of crunch and wasn’t dry whatsoever which is rare to find nowadays. The fries I wish had a bit more crunch, but the chicken made up for that. My family enjoyed the fried shrimp, drumsticks, the corn. I loved the Nashville Hot Pork Rinds. I heard a lot about this place and I live in Saint Louis. This place is worth the drive. I would literally move to Alton just for this place. Plenty of seating inside. Also may I add that the young lady June 24th around 2:30ish she was so kind and welcomed me off the bat. May I add that I loved how this place advertise local wrestling shows. I will definitely be back here. Also everything is worth the price!

I just recently moved from STL, MO to this area and I have been passing by Heaterz wanting to try it out. I finally did the other day and I was not prepared for the amount of deliciousness I was about to encounter! Oh my word! The best spicy chicken sandwich with that amazing slaw, creamy Mac n cheese, bread stick and to make it all complete..the mango adult slushie! The food is amazing! It comes fresh and the sandwich is huge. The lady that took my order was professional, nice and welcoming. It was too busy around lunch time but it stays consistent because it’s amazing!!! Thank you for the amazing food and I’ll be back!

Food was okay. The kid behind the counter kept pushing his hair out of his face, acted like he wasn’t feeling good, and even picked his nose once. Took about 30-40 minutes to get our food. Half of the place is dedicated to video slot machines which were attracting some interesting clientele. Doordash if you must eat here so you never see how the sausage is made.
