Drove over an hour to try this spot for the first time and it was so worth it. Everything we ordered was a 10/10 and hit the soul.

The spice levels were spot on and the flavors were phenomenal. Huge shoutout for making Pad Kra Pao the right way (with Holy Basil)! My favorite was the Moo Krob (crispy pork) and my husband loved the Larb Nam Tok. The Pad Thai also gets an honorable mention. Everything was chef’s kiss!

Service was super quick even with 5 other groups there, and the vibe was great. I wish we lived closer, but we’ll definitely be back.

Must-haves:
• Moo Krob
• Larb Nam Tok
• Pad Kra Pao
• Pad Thai

The drinks are a must!

No greeter. Received water right away and took our order in timely matter. Food came out timely matter too, about ~30 minutes after ordering.

Fried fish with curry was on fire in both flavor and spice! Lots of MSG though, as my tongue kinda got irritated. Honesty, not 100% sure which or if all dishes had a lot of MSG.

Boat noodle was perfect consistency – not too thic or thin like pho broth. Its not sweet, it is savory – there’s a bit of bitterness but not over powering.

Pho was good and had decent meat.

This place is alright for being here the first time. Got there right when it opened and there was already a packed parking lot which only fits like 8 cars. We got the beef boat noodles with a half boiled egg which I dnt recommend cuz it didn’t compliment the noodles at all and a sprinkle of pork rinds. The broth was one the sweeter side. The pad thai with chicken was alright. Its also sweet with a mild spice but you do get a good big portion. The spicy hot wings were pretty good with a good crisp skin. Its got a good spicy kick to it. Reminds me of Bonchons wings if u ever had them. I recommend the green thai tea.

We love Heat!! We’ve been several times and some our faves are the Pad Thai, Red and Green Curry, Hot Chicken Wings, and the Pad See Ew. Delicious every time, we keep coming back.

If you are looking for very spicy food that tastes great, I recommend checking this place out!

One of the hottest pepper/spice level I’ve had in the twin cities with great flavors
Ordering non spicy is still a great option

Boat noodle broth does change from the sweeter end to less sweet, or maybe its just my palate 3/5
You cannot be the price on Saturday for $5
Well worth it every time I grab it

Pad see ew 4/5
Wide noodle with great flavors and the correct veggie being used
That char flavor pork from the wok is my favorite taste from this dish!

Ground pork/pork belly pad kra pow 5/5
Order medium or very spicy is the way to go!
The flavor is on point and nothing needs to be changed from this dish

Seating is quick and service is on point
Comfort for seating could be updated
Walls and decor can definitely be updated for a more clean look and added pictures

But totally worth it for the food
Which is why I go since they opened

I came straight here from TikTok.
They just bought it and they updated it.
It used to be a different Thai restaurant. The atmosphere is a vibe. The waitress was OK. It’s a real chill place now the food looked good, but it was so spicy till I couldn’t even taste the flavor so I will say that maybe I will return an order something different but basing it off of the food that we had last night I didn’t like it.

We found this place on TikTok and decided to give it a shot. Since it was our first time dining in, we asked the waitress for a recommendation, and she suggested the moo krob and the boat noodle. She was right—both dishes were completely delicious. We enjoyed the moo krob so much that we ended up ordering a second one. When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by how cute the place was, as we hadn’t expected such charm from the outside. The restaurant looked clean and well-maintained, and the condiments on the tables appeared tidy. We even watched someone intentionally spill chili oil on the side of the tray, which I found a bit rude, but overall, I felt comfortable. The bathroom had good lighting, making it easy to take pictures—if you know what I mean. Everything was neat and well-kept, and I’d definitely come back to try some new dishes. The prices were reasonable, too; it wasn’t expensive at all.

Great food. They have $5 boat noodles on Saturdays. Go early if you want to try their other food because it’ll be out. We went the last hour and some items were out. We tried their Boat noodles, Pad See Ew, Chicken Wings, and fried rice. The fried rice was not bad for a picky 4 year old with no veggies. If you can handle very spicy food, then go for their extra spicy. The medium spice level for Boat Noodles was the perfect amount. They are Karen and do Asian spice level, this is not catered to the Caucasian people.

Food is amazing! Service on a weekend requires patience. If you go on a weekday, you’re golden. I recommend the Thai Boat Noodle and Pad Kra Pao holy basil story fry dish. They are the best for boat noodles in St Paul. Generous portions! If you go on Saturday for the mini bowl special, just know that a single mini bowl is enough to feed a moderately hungry customer. Getting four stretched my stomach for sure.

We had the pork boat noodle(8.6/10), moo krob(9/10), hot chicken wings(6.5/10), spring rolls(7/10), egg rolls (7/10), dried noodle salad (to go -7/10). It all came roughly to about $80. I would say that the price was a little more expensive than I would have thought but every place is pricey these days. There was only 1 server and they did their best. The chicken wings were a bit soggy because of the sauce but otherwise everything else was pretty good! We’d recommend the moo krob and boat noodle!
