Food: I reccomend for refreshers to get light sweetness because the fruit they have is ripe and already has a natural sweetness to it. The food we got is good.
Service: The servers and owners are nice, no yelling. It took around 20-30 mins to get 2 refreshers, an omelet, and savory crepe. It’s good for a business thats been open for around a week.
Atmosphere: It’s clean, plenty of space, and good music. They have a variety of types of tables (booths, regular, bar-style, etc). They also have a self serve station for water and some other amenities.

To the one star review given by the whole Ramirez family and the other people who most likely are apart of the Ramirez family as your reviews are same day. I have never seen a whole family army go out of their way to talk bad about a restaurant. Which makes me question how legitimate your reviews are or are you so desperate to ruin an upcoming good restaurant that you know will take over the Rancho Penasquitos scene? Where are your photos? You guys sound like a paid Yelp basher. How embarrassing your whole family took time out of your day to all write reviews. Anyways, I had their crab cake benedict which had mostly lump crab and very little to no fillers. Make places use claw meat or even imitation crab with a lot of fillers. Eggs were done perfectly and their aged gruyere cheese puts it over the top. We also had their smoked salmon tartine which is similar to lox and bagels but done on French baguette with capers and their secret house sauce. See my photos as I actually have them.

Absolutely 5 stars! The ambience is amazing, the dishes are delicious and aesthetically pleasing, and the service was phenomenal.
I tried the Niçoise au Thon, most of the sushi rolls, and the ribeye sandwich. Just incredible.
I love the menu’s diversity, which can satisfy anyone’s taste buds with the same level of quality you get at the highest-end restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back again to try out more of their dishes.

I noticed that Heat Bistro just opened in PQ and was super excited to give it a try. When I went, there was no wait.
I shared the ribeye steak sandwich, the salmon bento, and the Hidden Dragon roll — everything was delicious. The ribeye sandwich was flavorful, the salmon bento was fresh and well-portioned, and the roll was great as well. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
After visiting ourselves, it’s hard to understand some of the negative reviews because they didn’t match what we or our friends experienced at all.

i went here with my friend and we had a great experience. i got the gouda omelet and she got the ube pancakes and both were amazing. the service was great, the wait was a little long but it was busy and they just opened so it made sense. overall 10/10 experience would definitely come again

I found this place during my lunch break since I work nearby, and the food is amazing!
I highly recommend the salads — I picked up three to take home for the week. The sandwiches are massive and easily big enough to split between two people.
