I love this place for fresh and packaged authentic Polish food. They have an amazing hot bar. The dumplings are just like what we used to have when I was a kid in Chicago. I mainly come for Polish mustard, chocolate, pierogi, and kolaczki, but there are lots more things to try, and I always get more than I planned to.

Heart of Europe Polish Deli is an absolute gem for authentic Polish food lovers. Everything here tastes homemade and is fresh, flavorful, and genuinely authentic. Their potato dumplings, cutlets, sauerkraut, pierogis, kielbasa, and sausages are all fantastic and made with real care.
The deli is also stocked with a great selection of imported groceries and Polish specialties you won’t find in a typical store. I’ve even had them cater a few trays of food for a party, and it was a huge hit with everyone.

This Deli is a GEM!!! The very 1st thing you notice is how clean the store is. Glass display cases that you can see the delicious home made food that is prepared daily. With An Variety of different foods from fish to meats and chicken to cabbage to rice to noodles and sources. You can enjoy yourself with a host of vegetables. Different cakes and pies and a cold cuts selection that are full of flavor and please don’t forget the beards and cheeses. Plus European products that you can shop. But please don’t make the mistake of not getting there early in the day or you will miss out on all the food treats, they do sell out fast. Last but not least the hot and cold foods are Excellent. This Polish Deli / Restaurant’s Staff is above the rest!!!!! Enjoy great eating. Be Safe

A Polish deli in East Brunswick is a nice addition to the mix of business. This establishment is a grocery with Polish delicacy such as; bakery goods, condiments, sweets, pastas, kielbasa, ham, cheese and prepared foods that change daily. We had their pork and chicken cutlets with a side, pierogi, tomato soup, angel wings and a few more items to sample. Food was good and reasonably priced. The store was crowded. They located within a strip mall so there plenty of parking.

I had such a wonderful time shopping here and finding some Polish teas that I couldn’t find on Amazon! I’m a huge fan of the Black Currant, and the Lychee and Orange juices by Tymbark are amazing. I had to get the blueberry pierogi—it’s a nostalgic dessert that my Babcia used to make for Christmas. I also loved the Kolaczki, and I enjoyed the pork kabanosy at 8.99/lb and got 4 sticks. I really love this place; it feels like a piece of my childhood.

Yesterday was the first time that I had enough time to stop by and order items from the hot bar. Before then I enjoyed their donuts and soup. Everything is delicious! I bought Stuffed Cabbage, Kielbasa and Sauerkraut, Apple Pancakes and a small container of cookies. I bought four Stuffed Cabbage and had one yesterday because they’re quite large and very good! Just had the Kielbasa and Sauerkraut for lunch; definitely much better than mine! The Apple Pancakes are gone already as well as the cookies! The staff is very helpful and friendly and I look forward to returning!

My wife and I were impressed with how everything offered in this deli is authentic Polish food. The can, jarred and frozen products are made in Poland and imported to the U. S. They also cook and bake their own foods right on the premises. They offer the usual and common products such as cold cuts, freshly made kielbasa, etc.
Dishes like pierogies can be custom ordered. They will call the customer once it’s ready for pickup.
The owners and service is fast and friendly.
They are definitely worth a try.

Got some smoked kielbasa for a shrimp boil. It was absolutely delicious. I also bought 2 pigs. of frozen pierogi’s. One potato and 1 sauerkraut. My daughter said the potato was delicious. I think I cooked the sauerkraut ones wrong. I found them very gummy and too thick.
