When we are in town we always eat here. No matter what soup is on the menu I always order it. There is no better soup anywhere. Anything we order is delicious. The servers are awesome. Kudos to the chef.

Party of 2 with a reservation sat for an hour waiting for food and it wasn’t super busy. Watched other tables and people at the bar get served WAY before us steaks which is what we ordered and ours never came. We complained to the waitress like did you lose our order? She apologized offered us dessert and I was like I just want my steak!! She went to kitchen came back and served a table steaks who came in AFTER us! I lost it, we gave the hostess $40 for our bar bill and the little starter salad I got and left. Letting her know we will NEVER be back. Out of 4 times we went there only 1 time we got good food and service but it was only because we sat at the bar and by the kitchen. Happy Valentine’s Day to us…went down the road and had GREAT service at BB Jacks. No steaks on the menu but at least we were served and treated like they wanted our business.

The all you can eat walleye is absolutely wonderful! Loved the coleslaw and tarter, very well done.
We had family travel North hoping for a fish fry on a Thursday night and this is what we found serving. We will be back for sure.
Heads up though this is not a bar. We did not realize that and unknowingly stayed and visited well beyond their 9pm close time.

We had deep fried onion rings with BBQ and ranch
I had baked Haddock with 1/2 + 1/2 potato salad and fries and it was all delicious. Even EXTRA napkins right on the table!!
The acoustics of the building very nice. The noise from the bar area seemed to be muffled for our lovely dining experience.
Food was tasty (someone knows what they’re doing in the kitchen) Service was pleasant, server, I heard was there ALL day but was still punctual, pleasant, not overly friendly but pleasant .she was busy and tired I’m sure. Kudos to you, hard working American you!!
Atmosphere nice, not too noisy and place is cozy.
We will be back. This will make a great half-way point for me and bf! Good find!!

This pace is a must stop when passing through, food is always on point and service is awesome! We loved our bartender, very welcoming!! Big bar and plenty of tables for seating.. wish we lived closer..

Super nice staff, quick service, and great food. I stopped in just before 6pm and I’d say my food was at my table in less than 10 from when I ordered. Definitely recommend trying this place if your looking for great food with a classic bar/restaurant feel.

I am messaging for my girlfriend, who took her dad there for the first time for Father’s Day. She planned ahead because she knew it would be busy on Saturday night. They waited for 20 minutes to get a drink, then 30 minutes to order, lost track of how long it took before they got their food and when they did it was cold. My girlfriend resorted to self service for the carry out so they could finally get out of there.
The stars would be even less if it wasn’t for the hostess and the waitress that the hostess went to get to help us. We have been there before a few times and had GREAT service and food! Sadly, her Dad won’t ever return but we will.
I wouldn’t say it’s excessively expensive, but it’s triple digits easy with steak, drinks and tip. It sure wasn’t worth it tonight. Cross your fingers for the next visit and I will follow up!
