I’ve walked by several times and finally went inside. Got to wear the gown which is clean and not inconvenient or awkward. Sat at the bar and observed the theatrics of paddling and the customer reactions. Was skeptical of the burger but it was good! Service was good too. This is just at the entrance of Fremont. Give this spot a try if you want something different.

My dad and I had a fun (and filling!) time at this wild spot. We totally get the message and satire behind the place, but humour and presentation aside—we actually really enjoyed our meal!
It was our first stop right after landing in Vegas, and we both ordered the Double Bypass Burger (big mistake for me, should’ve gone with the Single!). We also grabbed some mozzarella sticks, which were delicious but made finishing the burger even tougher. On top of that all, for roughly $1 we got 10 strips of bacon added to our burgers!
The burger itself was thick, meaty, and flavorful, with the chili on top adding a nice kick. We also loved the slushy served in a giant syringe—we mixed mango and lemonade and even took the syringe home as a fun souvenir.
My dad managed to finish his meal…I, however, got too full. And if you don’t finish your plate here, the “nurses” spank you with a paddle—let’s just say, they don’t go easy on you!
Overall, a really unique, entertaining, and tasty experience. Definitely a must-try if you’re in Vegas and up for something unforgettable.

I thought this place was great, a cool novelty idea! The burgers were genuinely lovely with chilli con carne in them, and decent value. Loved the drinks options, had a slushie coke with whipped cream vodka. Staff were lovely too and in great character.
Not really sure why people are leaving bad reviews about the concept – when the place clearly states how it works and explains before entering, so why go if you don’t like the idea. Yes you get spanked if you don’t finish your food, but also, you’re not forced into it, or maybe don’t order a ginormous meal! You can literally share a single burger if you want and avoid the whole spanking risk!! Also yes there is a scale out front but again you don’t have to use that either. It’s just a bit of fun…? Genuinely had a great time.

One of the funniest experiences I’ve ever had. This is one of those places you must visit if you’re traveling to Las Vegas. The burger was delicious and huge for the price. The bartenders were super funny and friendly. If you don’t finish your food, they’ll hit you in a funny way.
I highly recommend coming here, but make sure you arrive hungry!

When I went they were pretty much empty. They were three waitresses one bartender and I think maybe four tables including my friends and I. Thought it would be a fun place to go wasn’t really that entertaining or fun. The best part of the environment would feel that didn’t finish her food got spanking by a thick leather whip. Voices didn’t hold back You could hear it pop throughout the entire restaurant.

This was so much fun! More than what I expected went because it was a hot spot for their food but then realized it was an experience within itself. They gave us a hospital dress to wear and were told if you don’t finish your food, you get spankings! If you want to have a funny day, go to this place. Burguers are great. Service is great as well. Parking is on the arounds. This place is CASH ONLY, no credit cards or other payment forms, keep that in mind. Recomendation: GET THE SPANK!!!, it is worth it

We got single burgers (barely finished them)
I got a triple burger and it was huge. The service was great. They will try and sell you a photograph that they take so just a heads up but overall the vibes are great and the staff is well trained.
They make you wear a hospital gown and treat you like a patient.
If you are being bad and need a spanking, this a good place to go. I attached video for you to view (at your own discretion)

I had been wanting to go here since their original location in Arizona opened in the 2000’s. Honestly I was not let down by my experience. The burgers despite was others have said, I thought were very good and satisfied my cravings. The restaurant was also a lot more relaxed than I thought it would be; plus the waitresses were very nice.

service & atmosphere decent to great, middling food quality, more hype than good. I like my 80/20 burgers at home better with white american cheese and also, real slices of bacon, these resembled Mickey D bacon strips. a fun stop, but, not worth going back. is a shame as the people were great first visit, had me walk by, the next visit. Also like vidalia better than red onion. To me, a hyped burger joint needs more options or a better basic and more accepted set up.
