This place was recommended for Taco Tuesday so we had to try it out. Tacos were $3 and they had a ton of other specials too. The food was awesome and our server Kaylah was very attentive and nice. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere was really cool. Theres even a classic Chevy you can eat in! Great little spot for sure

Taco Tuesday can be every night because the tacos are so good! We had fish and carne. Tammie, Hector and Rj kill it with top notch service. Hectors margaritas are refreshing and light, not overly sweet. The cheese crisp is prefect! Not soggy and the salsa are bomb too! Watch out for the spicy green one!

I recently became a frequent diner at Heart and Soul Cafe! It’s become my go to local spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I can’t rave enough about the food, everything is delicious you absolutely can’t go wrong whatever you choose!! Mexican food is the BEST in all of Cave Creek. The Pollo Fundido is write home worthy! The wings have got to be some of the best in the Valley, tangy hot extra crispy and your mouth will water! I could go on and on about the happy hour menu, it’s almost too good to be true, 7 days a week 1-6pm is unmatched!!
The small town feel and the familiar local faces working always make me feel welcome. If you have not tried Heart and Soul, you’re missing out! Try them out any time of the day, you will not be disappointed!!

I’ve become a semi-regular at Heart and Soul Mexican Grill (2-3 times per month) & enjoy the food here. My standard go-to meal choice is their Los Crispy Tacos w/Shredded Beef menu item, usually with an added Cheese Enchiladas w/Green Sauce on the side. One of the few places that I still enjoy eating out at these days.

We’ve been to this cafe twice now. This time, I ordered the Arizona burger, cooked medium. The restaurant was almost empty, but it still took forever to get our food. Then my burger was burned on the outside and very rare on the inside. Since we were short on time by now, I didn’t send it back. The decor is very interesting, but the bad food and slow service will keep us from going back.

Made a trip to this great restaurant for breakfast and, while they were almost full, they got us in quickly. I have to be gluten and dairy free since my last visit 🙁 so I didn’t know what I could enjoy.
I was/am So Thankful they had gluten free pancakes and there was a hash dish that I was able to adjust so I could enjoy it without cheese. I didn’t even miss it!!
My niece is vegetarian and my husband is diabetic but they had something for everyone!
Fabio was our server and has been in the past. He doesn’t even write down our orders…as detailed as they are with our dietary differences. He just Remembers! Amazing! He’s also helpful and attentive!
Need to come here more often!

The people are nice. Atmosphere is always good. But the food has changed. The Crazy Cowgirl was bland, not nearly as good as its used to be and the portion was smaller than it used to be. The attached price tag is extremely high for what you get, especially considering it’s mediocre taste and portion. Disappointing. This used to be our favorite breakfast place.
