This is one of those places. You can definitely tell the bartender/ massages or the chef exactly what you’re feeling and they will be able to create a wonderful beverage of food option for you. Everybody’s pretty chill. The place is quiet and conversational however, they have an awesome playlist. That’ll keep you bumping and filling up regardless of the reason why your visit.

We enjoyed a nice family dinner on Sunday evening. It was a quite and casual atmosphere. The food was good and we liked the menu selections with multiple dishes that sound good and a little different from the standard options.
While the rest of our meal was enjoyable, the dessert was a disappointment. The cheesecake we received was noticeably burned and should not have been served. We mistakenly thought the dark coloring was a chocolate topping and only realized the issue after our children had eaten a significant portion. We would have preferred to be told the dessert was unavailable rather than being served a product of this quality. It unfortunately detracted from an otherwise good experience.”…

The space is beautiful. The chandeliers give the restaurant a romantic, upscale look. We had a group of 14 people. Service was professional and attentive. My redfish tacos were slightly smaller than I’m used to, with a lovely garnish of avocado. The accompanying Mexican corn was a small, tasty portion.

Met some girlfriends for happy hour at Hearsay. The cocktails are $10, while small bites are $9. This is a beautiful place with a gorgeous patio facing the park. The service was professional and polite. I had a Pear of Aces, which was a very delicious cocktail with a kick. The food is what lacked luster. We had the deviled eggs, that could use a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning or a pickled onion on top just to elevate the flavor. The beef empanadas were not too bad, however I would suggest to add more than a drizzle of sauce. The cheese steak egg rolls were just ok because I don’t really remember the taste. We didn’t try the charcuterie board but it looked pretty appealing. Despite the food, I loved the ambiance so I will revisit to try and entree.

This location definitely did not disappoint! Came here for lunch with a friend during
HRW and everything was exceptional! Food and drinks done to perfection. Jayson is the best bartender and they are lucky to have him! He also makes his own bow ties! The atmosphere is upscale and inviting. We will definitely be back!

We visit this place for the first time and it was amazing! First we walk in and the place is beautiful, love the chandeliers and how open it is. Brandon did a great job in recommending drinks and dinner and make sure we had a great time. Also it was really cool to have Danny one of the manager come say hi and make sure we were having a great experience. We tried the brisket and fish tacos, and They were both amazing. Also, the meatball appetizer was great. I highly recommend this place.

It was rather empty Friday night. Love the chandeliers. They actually serve tasty food/appetizers as compared to the usual restobars. Never been around this area and it was a surprise theres a place like this beside a park.

Dropped by with some friends and had a great time! Location is perfect – right next to Levy park. Our server, Hannah, was so sweet and helpful walking us through some favorites on the menu. Everything we got was delicious and the service was spot on even though the place was quite busy. Staff was friendly and Hannah was so attentive the entire time we were sat. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and wonderful service by Jason! We thought they had happy hour on Saturday, too. Nevertheless, we decided to stay. My friends enjoyed the salmon and Cuban sandwich. I liked my plant-based burger. The French fries are excellent. Jason gave me a limeade refill. It was refreshing as it was a warm afternoon. The cherry on top at Hearsay is free pop corn and cotton candy. I look forward to going during happy hour and live music.

My friend invited me to join her for brunch after church today at Hearsay. I had never heard of it or eaten there before (hey, we live in the food capitol of the south, Houston…so it’s easy to understand why, lol). She had tried the Woodlands’ location and since this location was literally only minutes from our church we decided to give it a shot.
The best thing about this location IS its location. It’s nicely tucked away in Levy Park with great natural scenery and other features for those who like the outdoors. We sat outside and enjoyed the sights.
Our waitress definitely could have provided better service. There were moments where we’d order a refill on our drinks or ice for our waters, since again we sat outside, and it took the longest for her to get those things done. It wasn’t busy yet to justify the wait. I actually never got my ice, she wasn’t paying attention when my friend asked for a cup of ice “to go” and ended up bringing her a glass of ice and I just used that.
I had ordered toast with my Farmer’s omelet and it didn’t come out with my meal. I had to wait another 5+ minutes to get that. Omelet could hv used a little salt, but it wasn’t bad. The field of greens salad was good and I liked the sherry vinaigrette dressing, but I didn’t eat it all because there was a small bug smashed to the plate. I brought it to the waitress’ attention that a dead gnat was on the plate and she just nonchalantly said “I’m sorry” and that was that…interesting, didn’t try to accomodate me for that inconvenience at all.
My friend ordered the short rib hash with a fried egg on top and stated she enjoyed it… that it wasn’t bad at all.
I ordered the redfish tacos to go and noticed once I got home that I didn’t get the corn casserole that I paid for that comes with it. It was just little things like that, that make or break a dining experience for me. So after reading this location’s reviews… I clearly agree that the service here could use some improvements.
I ate during brunch, so will only speak on the pricing for that menu. It was reasonably priced. I ordered two entrées and my check was $33 with tax.
Food was decent, not great! But I’m one to give a spot 2x to make a good impression, so I’ll be back at the least, one more time.
