Amazing food and great service! Our waitress was incredibly sweet and made the experience even better. She recommended the Rouge cocktail, and I absolutely loved it. I ordered the pistachio scallops and was a little skeptical about the sweet potatoes underneath, but the combination was surprisingly delicious. We also shared the shrimp and calamari appetizer, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We were very impressed overall and will definitely be back!

We went for the Valentine’s Day special menu. Ended up at th bar where Martin and Mickey took really good care of us. The food was excellent and the cocktails were out of this world! I especially loved the scallops and the Branzino with gouda grits. My favorite cocktail was the Oak & Agave. My wife loved the butternut bisque, beets and burrata and filet oscar. Clean ingredients ,amazing food and friendly service. We will be back soon!

Haven’t been downtown Beaumont for years. This place was bloody Awesome! I ordered the turkey sandwich with Parmesan rosemary french fries on an Italian style bread. The brown gravy was unique and absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in the 2 ladies who greeted us were lovely and our waiter “Cole D” was superb! Very conversational and that impressed me a lot. The ambience was stellar and the parking was ample. We had an appetizer (the wagyu meatballs that had an AMAZING after taste- gosh I loved those. There was a guitar dude providing background music and he was rather good. The ambiance and decor was beautiful. Will definitely go there again.

I had wanted a quick dinner, had realize I hadn’t made my round here, as much I love the ambients

It was very good, and service was okay, but for the money you are spending it’s really not worth it.

To start the night, I ended up getting sparkling water, nothing out the ordinary and my companion got a fix drink.

After that we ordered the waygu meatballs and bread platter.

First of all the small “dough balls” we’re raw in the inside as I know bread and that is was raw , on top of that they were all burned on the bottom the meatballs were fairly average, and but my question was why get waygu to make a Italian dish, in Texas? That’s did cause me quite a chuckle.

I ended up getting the New York strip and my friend the salmon
It was average nothing out the ordinary, my green beans were nice and crunchy.
Smashed potatoes were good.

We didn’t get dessert nothing seemed appetizing to me.

All I’m saying is, it wants to upscale and nice, but came as average and not worth the amount.

I’m giving this place 3 starts because I liked the concept, but this place really seems a little prejudiced. Me and my husband came here for a date night after catching a flat , as the only option open late, and the server took a while to greet us. And over all she never really came back to check on us after taking our order. Instead she talked to the guest at the table next to ours while I sat at my table waiting to order another bowl of rice for my gumbo…. Mind you my big bowl of rice came with a small not even full cup of rice. I’m from the south, we eat a lot of rice with our gumbo anyways there was another African American couple that came in after us and they were never greeted, and sat well over 30 mins before being acknowledged idk the place is cute but the service here is a lil questionable.

My husband and I visited this last Saturday for the first time. Let me start by saying we will definitely be back. Our server Jo was very attentive and friendly, she made us feel welcome. When we asked questions about the menu she was patient and informative.
My husband ordered an Old Fashioned which he said was top notch. We ordered the charcuterie board for our appetizer. It was great, such a variety. The little things like the baby cilantro added such a nice touch of freshness. We were barely able to eat half of it and took the rest home. Hubby ordered the Espresso Rubbed pork chop for his entree. I don’t like pork literally ever but I tried a a bite and just wow! It was juicy, tender and so incredibly flavorful.
I ordered the short rib and in all honesty was a little disappointed. It was more like eating a roast made in my crockpot than a shortrib. It came over cheesy grits but because of the sauce from the shortrib the cheesiness didn’t really come through and it felt like I was just eating roast over mashed potatoes. It wasn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination, just not to the standard I was expecting. The brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly.
Now onto the dessert; we ordered the bread pudding, the chocolate cheesecake and the creme brulee. Yes we ordered 3 desserts. Creme brulee was softer than I’ve had in the past but not in a negative way, just different. The chocolate cheesecake was definitively more chocolate than cheesecake. This was especially true right after being served but the cheesecake came through a bit more after warming up on the table. The one thing that I would just give a thumbs down to would be the bread pudding. It was dry. Bread pudding should be drenched in custard and glaze, it should be decadent. This one comes with vanilla ice cream on top was good but not good enough to make up for how dry the dish was even after the ice cream had melted. We are picky about our bread pudding but of all the bread puddings we’ve tried at various restaurants, this one would sadly take last place. We had a hazelnut cappuccino with out desserts which was solid. Again, we will definitely be back, we’re excited to try more items from the menu and enjoy the unique ambience offered by this establishment.

Each time I’ve been here it’s been exceptional.

Tonight [11/6] we dined in celebration of my birthday. We were originally seated near the gentleman playing guitar. When I mentioned it being loud our waiter offered to move us to the patio. I was very pleased.
Food – 100.
Drinks – 100.
Service – 150.
It was clean and staged beautifully.

Will return.

My wife and I have gone here for both a dinner date and just to have some drinks from the bar. On both occasions we have had a great time! The place looks very beautiful and upscale! The steak and shrimp were juicy! The Wagyu meatballs were good as well. Definitely give this place a try!!!!!

Excellent food, presentation, drinks, atmosphere, and service!
Gumbo had the perfect kick to it with big shrimp.
Salad was hearty.
Charcuterie Board is a must!
Ribeye was cooked perfectly and you barely needed a knife for it. Seasoning was perfect on it.
Drinks were good.
The chandelier-lit atmosphere with good jams is also a great touch!
Highly recommend Hearsay’s!

We finally got to come try Hearsay. I must say it will be one of our go to places for happy hour or dinner. Made a reservation online. We were seated promptly when we arrived. We tried every appetizer on the happy hour menu and had a bowl of their award winning GUMBO, it was so good. On the spicy side but delicious. They also have cocktails on the happy hour menu that didn’t disappoint. They will make anything you request with their full bar thats beautiful. They have seating options from the bar area to a couple of intimate rooms for seating. A gorgeous outside seating area downstairs as well as a upstairs ballroom dining area with a full bar. Another outside covered patio area upstairs to have some cocktails before or after dinner with friends. The sitting area outside upstairs is fantastic. They even have an elevator that will get you up to the second floor. One of our NEW favorite places in Beaumont.
