Used to love this place, but today I was super disappointed. My dad was in town and I wanted to take him to lunch here. As I was ordering, the lady at the window rudely interrupted me and told me I wasn’t allowed to get my burger WITHOUT mayo on it. I was silent for a few seconds because I was super confused. Then my dad and I both asked, “you can’t just not put mayo on it?” She said no before we even finished the question. I sadly will not be coming back here. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and seriously, you can’t just not put mayo on the burger??? I used to always come here and get my burger without mayo and added mushrooms, no price decrease for taking the mayo off but $1 extra for adding the mushrooms and that was perfectly fine. I was expecting the same thing today, but apparently it’s impossible for them to just NOT PUT MAYO ON THE BURGER.

What they create is an homage to the burger. These chefs focus their talents and efforts in producing some of the most creative and delicious burgers in the state. This isn’t a burger king! No you can’t have it your way! These burgers are served up exactly the way the chefs intended. No ingredient is overlooked, none taken for granted. The result is fantastic flavor combinations from fresh ingredients. They do one thing (burgers) and they do it very well!

Wow! First time eating here and I’m very impressed with the service and food. Very affordable for a family. I can’t eat at a lot of place because I get sick, this is by far the best! Great work heap burger! We will definitely be back. Pulled pork was awesome!

Great food made with fresh ingredients and the burgers are made in-house. Everything comes as advertised on the menu. No substitutions for anything. I wish they would change that, but if you’re not picky it shouldn’t bother you. Food comes out quick.

Fantastic quality food! The St. Patty burger was totally awesome and even the American which is fairly plain tasted fabulous! Keep up the great work guys! (Oh… and don’t forget to get some of their kettle cooked chips..yummmm)

Over cooked meat. U can’t make any substitutions.
I hate pickles. They refused to take them off. So I had to. Pickle juice soaked into my bun and ruined it. So because of some pickles I’ll never go back.
Also, options. Nothing on the menu had mushrooms or grilled onions or bacon and I could only get American cheese. Suprised they are still open. Enjoy my 6$. You could have had alot more if u took the pickles off. Good business decision.

Delicious freshly made burgers! A variety of burgers to choose from and you can get a milkshake or homemade kettle chips as a side. This is my girlfriend and I’s favorite place to get a burger in all of Bozeman; they make it great here.

Great burgers. Would of gave 5 stars but they refused to leave off the jalapenos on my burger, as well as give extra onion on my co workers burger. They do not do special orders.
