So, after waiting until the end of the Denali season, I finally tried this place. I walk by it almost every day on the way to the post office. My last day off, and I got a post office box key deposit refund, so I thought, why not? I ordered the Pork Pad Thai off of a very full menu of amazing choices. It says take out, but they have plenty of seating inside and outside on the deck with a beautiful view of Mount Healy. The portion was very generous. It was hot and tasted so fresh. Great flavors in the delicious Pad Thai. I ate the entire thing. I’m just sorry I waited so long to try this restaurant. The restaurant had very fast and extremely friendly service. I’ll definitely be back next season.

Do not go. With limited dining options in the area during winter, our group of eight ended up here. Unfortunately, after the meal, four of us experienced severe diarrhea. While we appreciated the owner’s friendly attitude, food safety must be a top priority for any restaurant.

Excellent restaurant in Healy. I am Asian and this is a good Asian food restaurant. Though it’s a to-go restaurant, there are some tables inside where you can dine in. Remember only cash is acceptable however there’s an ATM inside the restaurant. I will come back this restaurant when I go to Healy again

We have had crab Rangoon and pad Thai. Extraordinary food at the local place. Must go and cherish it. Felt like home good food. But take cash with you also try the Thai ice tea if you love it

Excellent food and great service. They’re set up primarily for carry-out orders, with a couple tables for seating. Wasn’t crowded – felt off the beaten path from other tourist destinations. We ordered several different meals for our family and liked all of them (a victory with our kids). Would definitely recommend checking them out and look forward to coming back!

The atmosphere is because it’s really set up for take out. The two people working there could not have been friendlier. Service was prompt. Probably the best red curry we’ve ever had anywhere, and the pad Thai was quite tasty as well. Would highly recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious. If this place was at home, I’d definitely stop by again — BUT the previous reviews about language issues did affect our visit. Ultimately, they did make things right, but it took more arguing than I would have thought given we did ask for sweet and sour chicken with sauce on the side. It’s still cash only as of June 2025 (ATM inside).
The orange chicken was a touch spicy for our 12 year old, which was a little surprising, but I found it very flavorful and would personally order it for myself again.
The Mongolian beef was really tasty, as were the lo mein noodles.
The dishes were a little pricey, but portion sizes were generous so in the end I wouldn’t call them unreasonable for Alaska. If you aren’t looking for leftovers, you could definitely share.
