This place has nice people but horrible drinks. It is just powder mixed with water and way too much ice. The drinks are sickeningly sweet and tastes like something I could have made at home. All of it is artificial flavoring and no real ingredients. It is also way overpriced and is 9 dollars a drink. I definitely do not recommend.

Great place for a healthy shake that doesn’t taste healthy as well as nutrition energy bomb drink. Lots The flavors to choose from and a variety of sizes. They have monthly specials as well as weekly specials sometimes and a punchcard reward system for return buyers. They offer cardio drumming for free.
