I haven’t been there in a while but every time I’ve been I’m always welcomed with a “hello”. The ladies are always so friendly and smiling. I love the shakes. They’re so delicious and filling. Sometimes I get a coffee, which is very tasty. Other times I get a tea bomb. They give me a boost of energy to tackle the day and they’re so good. Sierra & the ladies are nice & I always look forward to coming in.

Here are my honest thoughts on this place: it seems like people really like this place which i think is a great thing. The clientele looks to be middle aged women who frequent there often. I got a tea bomb that costed me 9 bucks and some change which seems a bit expensive. They make you sign up to order which I dont personally like. The drink was okay- not worth the price in my opinion.

When you walk in the door no matter how busy you are the first thing you hear is hello. It’s always makes you feel welcome. The tea bombs are delicious and give you the fuel you need to conquer any day. So many combinations to choose from. Way better than those gas station energy drinks.

My punch card is almost full!! If you are looking for a Herba Life meal replacement shake, this place is for you! They are delicious! My favorite right now is pumpkin spice caramel. You have got to try it!
The environment is very clean with helpful and friendly staff ready to offer suggestions or to accommodate special requests, or just to have a nice conversation with. As with Hillsdale, “it’s the people” after all. We are small town Americans.
Another favorite part is that they greet regulars by name, like The Filling Station deli shop downtown. I love this! ❤️

First off we came in there and we are the only people in there. It was our first time so we had many questions and the older woman was rude and seemed inconvenienced by us. I would get if there were a line but again we were the only people in there. I asked if they could blend the coffee and they seemed weirded out “no one’s ever asked that but we’ll experiment.” They blended it and I said I was ok with it not being filled up all the way but the older woman snatched it from the younger girl and proceeded to fill the already blended drink up with water, no more ice and then blended it up again. As she poured it in my niece said “it looks like sand mixed with water”. I took a sip and immediately grimaced, the lady just walked away to the back knowing she had done a poor job. While we were checking out my niece grabbed me a straw and I said I wasn’t going to drink it, I was forced to sign up into their system and then was still charged for a drink that had chunks of watered down protein powder. I’m a bartender and my friend is a server- we would have never served something so poor much less charge for something like that. I tried asking questions as it was my first time at a place like that, and just went with what I thought would be the safest option as the older woman was clearly annoyed with us. I’m never coming back and I strongly suggest everyone skip over this place as Jilly Beans and Checker records has way better blended beverages and it’s just up the road and the service is 100% better. Plus Jilly Beans has protein powder as well.
