A really nice place to get some healthy groceries, as well as some deli type sandwiches, soup, smoothies, and other tasty, healthy food. They have a nice supply of vitamins and supplements as well.

I really want to like this place because they offer a unique variety of health foods, but they need some serious lessons in food safety and sanitation. They go from mopping to a .3 second rinse with water to wiping hands on a dirty rag that sits in the cutting board on the counter to making a smoothie and licking their fingers after scraping contents of a spoon into the blender… It’s just a pathogen nightmare and unfortunately I will not be back for any prepared foods

I was hoping for a great salad bar but I was disappointed. Not ranch, tomatoes, onions or any kind of meat. They had more side items then items to place on a salad sadly. I admit the sides are very good. I just wish the salad bar had more items to choose. And how hard is it to find and put out a ranch dressing?

Very weird experience. I asked the owner a simple question that could have been met with a simple yes or no, but she looked at me like I took a dump in the salad bar. Like… do you know how to communicate with people?
Won’t be back. I was planning on spending $200 or so on groceries…. Looked up another store with my girlfriend and the people actually make you feel welcome and cared about. Didn’t even buy a smoothie I felt so uncomfortable.

Imagine, the sun on your face and the warmth from a hug. That’s exactly how it felt eating there, a great big boost of serotonin. I got the coconut chocolate chip cookies, they were light fluffy and soft. The best cookies I’ve had. I also got a delectable lasagna soup and a custom turkey wrap. Thanks for satisfying these taste buds. They were so welcoming, friendly, asked several times if I needed help with anything. Definitely will be back!

Amazing cafe and shop. So many vegan options at the cafe, salad bar, and the grocery. We got the soup, sandwich/burger, and the salad bar. Amazing staff and service with a smile. It was a pleasure to join for a healthy meal!
