Health in Hand has pretty good natural smoothie options. I got a new smoothie that wasn’t published in the menu yet but saw it on their sign “Guava Guapa”. It was so good and would higgly reccomend. There is not much seating and it can get loud with the smoothie making. Not a good casual sit down spot but the quality of smoothies is worth it.

No hyper-sweetened juice masquerading as health food – this is the real deal! They mix up all natural ingredients in front of you, with a bevy of all-natural “boosters” (proteins, extra veggies etc) available to you! The shop is beautifully simple, a theme that carries onto its menu of veggie & fruit offerings. Don’t be mislead; the wholesome food is expertly matches with complimentary flavors for a delightful treat worth the trip! Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious and healthy. It is worth heading to Downtown Spartanburg. My fave is the Chunky Monkey and Protein Balls. You can order online and have it ready when you get there. Definitely worth going! There are a couple of tables inside as well as outside.

Health in hand is my favorite place in downtown Spartanburg! Everything about it gives me good vibes. The food is healthy, delicious, and perfect! The atmosphere is very nice as well and the employees are always so kind and are always willing to help answer any questions you have about the menu! 10/10 recommend! If I could give 100 stars I would!!!

Usually would be a fan of this place but I took my friend for her first time today and let’s just say we were both very disappointed in the service & quality of food we got. I am writing this review because I don’t want someone else going in for a good açaí bowl spend $13 and get what we got.
It’s honestly just embarrassing that they served us these açaí bowls which we know came straight from the freezer.
We asked for our bowls “for here” and we’re served 2 frozen açaí bowls packaged up to go. I stuck my spoon in to get a bite of açaí with the fruit and hit something hard. That was the frozen açaí!
Tried to eat as much as we could, mainly the fruit on top. So disappointing, especially with the $$ we spent.
My friend said with that experience, she’d never want to go back again for açaí.
The confusing thing is why everyone else who came in while we were there got ‘for here’ bowls and silverware….
No consistency there, and I won’t be back for any more açaí after this. Just not with it.

Anytime I’m downtown Spartanburg I have to stop here! The açaí bowls are to die for and the over night oats are the best ever!! The customer service here is awesome too!

Emily and her staff are amazing! My wife tried the black Buddha and I got the Peanut Butter smoothie. Amazing clean ingredients and her juice cleanse is the real deal! Can’t recommend them enough. If you haven’t stopped by yet, give them a try, you won’t regret it!
