I don’t eat a lot of meat and am very skeptical of any meat cooked on a griddle…but i’d heard good things about this place, so we gave it a try. Loved my burger! Cooked perfectly, crispy exterior, but not dry. The bun was soft and delicious and complimented the burger perfectly. Served with homemade pickles & fresh toppings. Fries were crispy as well. We split a piece of chocolate cake & I’m not sure who liked it the most, the parents or child. Obviously we dug into the cake before I could take a pic. It was just that good though Thumbs up & worth the drive from Gainesville.

Spectacular new dinner option in High Springs. The menu changes daily with appetizers, entrees and sandwiches, with selections for kids. Orders are placed at the counter and food is brought to your table. We got the BLT featuring their house-made thick-cut bacon and buttery Texas Toast, and the Flatiron Steak with Chimichurri. Both plates were served with perfectly cooked steak fries. Amazing cookies and ice-cold banana pudding for dessert put an exclamation point on the meal.

Counter service, but the prices are a bit high. I came in with my daughter for lunch and we ordered a salad (without chicken, just greens) a side of fries and a kid’s chicken tenders meal, and two soft drinks…the total came to over $26. That’s more expensive than any other lunch place in town, including The Great Outdoors. The food was good, not amazing. Not impressed enough to spend that kind of money on a salad, fries and a kid’s meal. It would be great if you could have a veggie burger substitute.

This place is a QSR/Full service restaurant hybrid. We walked in and placed our order at the counter with an extremely knowledgeable staff person and were immediately charged for food and giving the option to leave a tip. After being handed our beverages we chose a table and everything else felt like we were in a full service restaurant.
The food, which was excellent, was delivered to our table and the person who delivered the food checked back a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything about the experience was positive and we would highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic new BBQ and American concepts diner just east of Main St. In High Springs. The fried pork chop sandwich was perfect and the rest of the menu looks just as exciting! Can’t wait to try it again.

Best food in High Spring, hands down. It’s always a struggle to find decent, consistent food down here and this place is going to be our go to spot. We’ve sampled the mac & cheese, burger, fried chicken sandwich, and pulled pork sandwich, all of which were too good-I just got a picture of the aftermath. You should go here. Also, great wine/beer selection.

This is AMAZING FOOD!!!! We were blown away with everything we had, brisket, pork, pimento dip, fish dip WOW!!! Handmade eccentric recipes, food is bursting with flavor. Salads hand made , everything was so fresh and delicious. Truly one of the best restaurant I have ever experienced. Quality is top notch on the foods and ingredients!
