The food is great! Delicious and authentic.The price is right. Portions are good. Service however, needs work. The lady at the desk clearly does not understand enough English. I made my order for Sweet and Sour Chicken but I heard her say General Tso so I confirmed that it was the Sweet and Sour chicken. When picking it up she said “yeah, same thing” with a slight attitude. The bag had both orders with no sauces or utensils. It almost ruined the experience for me.

Just stopped here to grab lunch and it’s definitely a take out restaurant because there is only space to eat inside for a couple of people.
The lunch pricing here is incredible and the lunch portions are big! I ordered my go to of roast pork egg foo young. Theirs had 2 very big and tasty and had the perfect amount of mixed diced carrots and peas and a good amount of roast pork. The gravy was darker than I’m used to but was flavored well with a slight hint of oyster or hoisin sauce.
I was pleasantly surprised that their fried rice had not only the same blend of diced carrots and peas but also a good amount of roast pork!
I will definitely come here ever time I’m in this part of town and you can’t beat the value and taste for the price!

From the very beginning it was trouble The lady was trying to rush me off the phone basically not even letting me order my food I kept telling her hold on I have something else. So I ordered sesame chicken and honey chicken meals. They sesame chicken sauce taste like tomato sauce it was so disgusting and red like tomato sauce it was gross And the lo mein was dry so dry ! And the honey chicken oh my God it was just like plain fried chicken was no honey about it no honey no taste plain fried chicken taste like it came from Kentucky Fried Chicken!! I also ordered the Crab rangoon Even those were disgusting they were soggy they were not even crisp at all they were undercooked not that I gotta take out order I know how they taste when I get a take out or they were undercooked.Was so disappointed it was the first time I’ve tried this place and it was a complete waste of money I would have took the food back unfortunately I drove from across town for it because they had great reviews. I Would definitely not recommend this place to anybody.

The food is normally not bad. Today we got egg rolls that did not look very good. I called asking why they were so dark. I was eventually asked if I wanted to come get new ones but we were all sitting down eating, not to mention I live 25 minutes away. They shouldn’t have served those to their customers in the first in place. When I said no, not today she gave me a sorry and hung up on me. Needless to say I won’t be going there again.

Went there today and the food is good but customer service is terrible. Lady has terrible attitude. She even talks crap to her other co worker in Chinese while making faces. Don’t go if you already had a long day. They might make it worse.

By the looks of this picture you can tell how much I enjoyed this meal! Lol! This was my first time trying He Sheng and it did not disappoint! The general tsos chicken was very flavorful and my food was served piping hot which I so appreciate. The egg was absolutely delicious which was surprising because I usually don’t like egg rolls. I will be back to He Sheng soon.
