Great coffee and cozy vibes!
I tried the white chocolate mocha and absolutely loved it. It was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet. The coffee was well-made and comforting, making it a great spot to relax or grab a quality drink on the go. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu! ☕️✨

He Brews Coffee is a great place to stop by if you’re in the area. The interior has a nice, thoughtful design and there are plenty of tables, making it comfortable whether you’re meeting someone or just relaxing with a drink. They offer a good variety of coffee drinks, so it’s easy to find something you like. The pastries are fresh and pair really well with the coffee. The baristas are friendly, skilled, and genuinely welcoming. Service feels personal rather than rushed, which is always a plus. You can tell the owners truly care about their customers and the overall experience. It has a warm, community-focused atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Definitely a solid local coffee spot worth visiting again.

He Brews Coffee is a cozy spot that makes for a pleasant coffee break, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me. While nothing about my visit was over-the-top extraordinary, the welcoming atmosphere and overall experience make it worth a stop if you’re in the area.
Ambiance: 5/5
The café has a warm, inviting vibe that makes it a great place to relax or catch up with a friend. It feels comfortable and thoughtfully designed, giving it that “neighborhood coffee shop” charm.
Authenticity: 4/5
They offer a nice variety of drinks, including their matcha options, which stood out for their flavor. It’s clear they put care into their beverages, though I’d love to see a bit more uniqueness or variety on the menu to really set them apart.
Flavor: 4/5
The matcha latte I tried had a nice flavor profile, though it leaned a bit sweeter than I prefer. That said, it was still enjoyable and well-made, with a smooth consistency.
Service: 4/5
The service was polite and straightforward. Nothing exceptional, but also nothing lacking—a friendly, normal interaction that got the job done without delay.
Cost: 4/5
Pricing is standard for a specialty coffee shop and feels fair for the quality.
Final Verdict: He Brews Coffee is a comfortable, welcoming café with good drinks and friendly service. While my matcha was a touch sweet, the flavor was enjoyable, and the inviting atmosphere makes this a spot I’d happily revisit.

This is my first time here, I stopped by at 8am on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all, so there was plenty of seating and my order was done quickly. Chi latte and food was amazing, the music was good yet not too loud and the place was decorated nicely. It was very nice to hang out here. I will definitely stop by again sometime.

My friend and I love hitting up this cafe on our days off. The staff is always amazing and the quality of their drinks is great. Today, we tried one of their specials, called the Early Grey Macadamia Matcha! I highly recommend this drink!

Came here after dropping my car at the dealership – it’s next to Costco so very convenient as well. I got the oat-milk cappuccino and it tasted really smooth. They have wifi inside so spent my time waiting for the car to get ready. A cozy place in Lynnwood to have little bit of downtime with great coffee.

Love the lighting, how quick the service is, the music and how cozy the place is. I ordered a chocolate chip banana bread (super fluffy and moist), a white mocha and a turkey & bacon croissant. I’m so happy with all of my items, food here is so good and the staff is so so friendly!!
(I also got some items to go, and will be posting pictures here too).

Stopped by a cute little coffee shop ~near~ (not inside) the Alderwood Mall area, next to The Woods at Alderwood Apartments. We had stopped by for breakfast and they had two interesting vegan options, a Raspberry Oat Scone and, Chocolate Berry Muffin. They had bagels as well which I presume were vegan but I didn’t ask because they didn’t have vegan cream cheese (I asked) so no point in me ordering a bagel.
The drink, Matcha Strawberry Latte with Oat Milk, was colorful and tasted great.

Came in om Christmas Day because they were open. The baristas were super friendly, but it took so long to get my order. Clearly understaffed on a really busy day. I feel bad for them, they looked stressed out. The drinks were delicious but with all these big groups I feel like there should have been more staff! Also it was really expensive, 1.50 for an alternative milk is crazy!!! 9 dollars for a latte and its not even in Seattle!!
Great service, but management needs to be more prepared
