Rotisserie chicken and rice – healthy and tasty. Definitely going to order from here again. Great plantains too. Unfortunately did not receive the cookies I ordered but still going 5 stars overall because the food was so good and they gave me extra green sauces.

I ordered from here for the first time through Uber Eats, and the food was delicious. Great flavor, portion sizes, and the food arrived at a nice temperature. Unfortunately, I ordered an extra side of beans that they didn’t pack.

If you are looking for tasty and juicy rotisserie chicken with a Peruvian flavor this is the place to visit! The rotisserie is cooked to perfection! Depending on how hungry or how many people want chicken there are options of 1/4, 1/2 or full chicken with two sides. There are a variety of sides to chose from. The chauflan (Peruvian fried rice) and fried yucca a were delicious.

This was a very authentic experience when it came to the food. I had the Papas a la Huancaiana, Lomo Saltado, and Chupe. The Huancaiana sauce was a little bitter but that added a depth to the normally simplistic dish. Lomo is tough to mess up but this was on point. The flavor profile was perfect. The Chupe was much different than my family’s and the calamari was a little tough but the flavors were unreal. I finished with an alfajor which was buttery and rich. Overall this was a great experience and I will most certainly be back for another round.

Bodega style, no frills place but let me tell you, the Peruvian Roast Chicken is phenomenal. I get the whole roasted chicken w/2 sides. Usually the fried rice and pinto beans which I then mix together. Absolutely bursting with flavor. They do roast the chickens whole so the wings tend to be over done but I don’t knock them for that, everything else is perfect! It comes with a green sauce that is fresh tasting/creamy/a lil spicy, for me it’s a spectacular addition to an already extremely well seasoned chicken. I get the peruvian empanadas when available too. Completely different style than the mexican/Latin empanadas you may be used to. The dough is more biscuit like in texture and has just a hint of sweetness. Give them a try if you’re in the neighborhood.

By far, the BEST Peruvian food in Philadelphia! I got the Pollo A La Brasa, Chaufa rice, and fries. Let me tell you! I’ve been to El Pollo Rico in Arlington, Virginia, which well known as the best Peruvian chicken in the United States. So when I say the chicken here reminded me of there, that says a LOT! If you like or want to try Peruvian rotisserie chicken (Pollo A La Brasa), definitely give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is a winner! Another culinary gem perfect for a night when you don’t feel like cooking. You want something delicious, close by, and affordable. You’ll find it all here. Get the whole chicken with two sides. The rice and beans are fabulous. The chicken is cooked perfectly. And the green sauce…I have no words for the creamy slightly spicy green sauce. The name of the restaurant is confusing. Besides that, this place is perfect!
