I love this place but it needs to step up as it pertains to consistency. I’ve been the restaurant a few times and realized how much the quality of service and food differs between the weekday staff and the weekend staff. My previous visit was on a Saturday and the quality of service was outstanding! The cashier greeted us with a smile and continued to be absolutely pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious! However, today everything was different. The cashier was unconsciously rude, she was away for a long time as we wanted to place an order and she seemed as though she was annoyed with us. Location is very accessible with a good quantity of parking. Facility upgrades wouldn’t hurt… but sometimes the best food comes from the areas oldest restaurant.

I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and it’s always a hit or miss on the food, more hits than miss. The Food is great but sometimes it is a little over cooked (I always get the jerk BBQ chicken ). I have noticed a lady in the back which I’m guessing is the chef and have to take a moment to brag. The last two weeks we ordered randomly and the food has been amazing!!! The rice was soft and the chicken was soft and juicy! The cabbage like always great.

Its alright. The service is quick, and the food is fresh and hot, but it just wasn’t as flavorful as I had hoped. It wasn’t bad, and the chicken was cooked well, but it didn’t have the right hook of flavor straight to the jaw that you look for in jerk chicken.
