I was craving a fresh croissant and not the ones you can buy from a large chain store. I happened to come across this shop via a Google search and also via Instagram. I walked in and was instantly greeted by the owner, Michael. I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Rebecca. Really warm, kind people. I ended up buying two things and bringing them home. The apricot cream cheese croissant was to die for! Perfect amount of sweetness. It was buttery and the layers were spot on. I am definitely looking forward to going back for more. And I’m really excited that they have baking classes. I’ve already booked a spot for one. I haven’t been able to find a place where I live that has baking classes like this so I am thrilled to get to learn some baking skills. Thank you Michael and Rebecca for being so welcoming and friendly!

Definitely the best bakery in Lebanon and region! Very fresh food early in the morning. You have plenty of options and I’m sure you’ll find something you like even if you are picky because they are the best at what they do. Gone to this place for the last year or two. Never have they disappointed me yet. You can taste the quality in every baked goodie they create. Staff has always been friendly. They do have a certain amount of each item made so they my run out early in the day if it’s a really popular item.

I cannot say enough good things about Hazella’s. I have a family member who is gluten free and all the gluten free items that have had don’t last for long. Rebecca and Micheal are so sweet. It’s so nice having this bakery in town. A great addition to the Lebanon Community!

Was told this was the place that must be tried when in the area and it didn’t disappoint. Michael and Rebecca not only make phenomenal pastries and baked goods, they also have made an incredible location with atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The leek and parmesan pastry, ham and gruyere cheese pastry and the riccota, red bell pepper with broccoli micro greens with balsamic drizzle (pictured) were amazing. This is an absolute must stop and experience this for yourself.

What a GEM! My husband and I stopped here on a road trip between Salem and Redmond in early June. I found it based on Google Reviews and it was even better than we ever could have imagined. The owner is SO personable and took time to learn about us (we are from New Orleans). We tried 4 pastries and honestly wished we would have been able to sit there and sample everything but it was a quick stop. Would HIGHLY recommend in any scenario!

The service was great and the owners super friendly. Very popular spot with interesting specialty pastries. The Kraken was a gut bomb–Zenner’s sausage smothered in mac and cheese, wrapped in pastry…resist the urge. Bierocks were good, the lemon bars excellent, and the chocolate babkas were really good. Quite pricey, but worth a stop when you’re in Lebanon.

Michael and Rebecca (owners) are two amazing people; they clearly love what they do and, more importantly, love the people and community they get to serve.
The cardamom custard pastry, any of their quiches (not pictured), and those bacon/pastry twists are delicious. The quiche I had there a couple weeks ago was, perhaps, the best I’ve had anywhere.
Beautiful and quiet place with friendly staff that’s great for breakfast, afternoon treats, or take-out. You should visit!

We stop every time we come over from central Oregon, the food is incredible and the atmosphere is everything you could possibly want. Warm, inviting, friendly. And did I mention the food? Everything is good, already looking forward to our next visit!
