Finally stopped in to see what all the hype is about… Now we believe the hype! Best ice cream we ever ate, and will be back for more! I had the flavor of the month, “Caramel Apple Pie”, and my wife tried the “Fat Elvis” (banana ice cream with peanut butter and chocolate chips). Both were amazing

Great spot for kids and It’s a busy shop.
However, having said that, this establishment is not suitable for me. There should be an improved system in place to distinguish the order line from the pick-up line. It was very confusing due to the crowded nature of the place and the presence of people everywhere.
I was very disappointed with the fudge brownie sundae I ordered. The portions were small and the price was high. The pecan was stale and the ice cream portion was tiny, covered with extra whip cream. For $8.29, I expected a larger portion and a better presentation. There were no utensils available, and I had to wait for the staff’s attention, which was given with a bit of attitude. The seating was uncomfortable, with just 2 small booths and people waiting to be served were in your space.
The ice cream was served in a flimsy lid that kept sliding on the table. I recommend going to Andy’s or Oberweis for better value.

After a nice long walk around Plainfield on a warm and sunny Sunday, my husband and I decided to stop in for ice cream! Not our first time to visit, but I took some photos this time!

literally the tastiest ice cream i’ve ever had. their zanzibar is unbeatable!!! so creamy and delicious, the chocolate flavor is deep and pronounced. loveeee!!! and the interior of the store is so cutely decorated + the staff r so sweet 🙂

This ice cream parlor is located in the downtown Plainfield area. Interior has a rustic old look which fits the downtown area. Ice cream is above average. I tried the 2 scoop cup with zanzibar chocolate and chocolate peanut butter. Ice cream was rich in flavor and quite delicious. They have a nice patio area to sit outside and “people watch” on a busy weekend night.

New to town and our cousins gave us a gift card for here. Safe to say we have a new family spot! Everyone is so nice and good with kids. We have significant allergy concerns and they’ve been hyper accommodating. This place is a complete winner.

I got the flavor of the month called Exhausted Parent, and it was okay. Nothing special. They told my son he would have to buy water when he asked for a cup of water, but they did not tell him that they had a water fountain by the washrooms. We won’t bother trying more flavors.

My family and I go at least once a week in the summer to enjoy the delicious and unique flavors of ice cream this place has to offer.
The waffle cones are our favorite and they are sooo fresh and have an amazing taste that is always consistent.
