Visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of available seating. All the staff were friendly and we didnt wait very long to get served. We started with smoked wings which were excellent. The Que and pulled pork sandwhich were pretty good. Overall a good stop I would come back.

this is THE BEST barbecue you can buy in the midwest. i moved from South Carolina about 3 years ago and this surpasses even them. it was worth the two hour drive. reasonably priced and so so so good. 10000% worth the trip. if you want real, good, juicy, falling apart in your hands barbecue, HAZE smoke house.

Ordered a pickup Mac and cheese was separated and nasty pulled pork was dry called to see if they could fix the food and they said that’s how the Mac and cheese comes…disgusting and disappointed I know the owner would not be happy with how these employees are teaching his profits and making his food look this bad! Why didn’t I get a full order of beans!? I omit come back until I get this order replaced!

We stopped for a family lunch on our way to Chicago. The music and artwork set a nice atmosphere, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend adding the candied bacon to your sandwich and ordering a plate of cornbread muffins to share. The employees are really friendly, too. We plan to come back in the warmer months to sit outside and enjoy live music on the stage.

BBQ expertly prepared with attention to detail. Courteous friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ownership takes pride in the establishment and it shows in the clean bright dining room and pleasant, breezy outdoor seating. Well appointed and tended bar with fat service. If you are cruising by on I-80, this is a great way to break the monotony of a long trip and traffic. WELL DONE “HAZE SMOKEHOUSE”. KUDOS!!!

We went in around 330pm on weekend, place was pretty empty at the time so we got to sit down right away. Great choices of BBQ sauces. I had the pulled pork, was yummy. My friend had the ribeye, he said it was excellent. I would say prices is about average. Clean place and friendly server.

Delicious food, fantastic service! Our group of 8 sampled most of the menu, and everything was terrific. The smoked wings, deep-fried kale, and chili were a particular hit… and meats on the Smokehouse Sampler platter were tender with just the right amount of smoke. Our server was hilarious and super attentive, too.

Came in from Vegas to check out the food and can say I was blown away . I ordered the sampler and was pleased by the portions .The brisket and sweet potato tots were the bomb diggitty. The atmosphere was inviting and warn. Our server Pam was friendly and attentive . Thank you for a wonderful experience !

Burgers are excellent!! My friend was craving a burger all day & by the time we got together to go get one (at 3pm) everyone’s kitchen was closed. Not here! She got a regular burger I got the Blue. They were amazing! Can’t wait to come back & try everything else they offer. Great service & a wonderful experience!
Went again with a group. The nachos are awesome! The fried green tomatoes delicious as well as the beer cheese & pretzels. The Ribs were amazing! Had such a nice bark on them. Good stuff! The Sauvignon Blanc is one of the better ones I’ve had at a restaurant in the area as well.
