Ordered Nachos and an elote. The elote has more cheese than corn and any other ingredient. It is so thick it’s like I’m eating melted cheese. I cannot believe they went down with their business. Shameful and pitiful when customers bring them service only for them to not give quality food. Disgusting. I will never come back here. Not to mention my nachos barely had any cheese. These ladies must not understand that cheese goes in the nachos more than into an elote. Let’s not forget I paid $12.45 for an elote and nachos.

Not the same as back then I use to love the lemonade ugh very nast now and I order a pink leche they litterly gave me a cup of milk n shaved ice wth it was nasty I also didnt get a receipt and the ladie said oh well sorry I cant give it to u free cuz then the owner take it out of my check like wth that’s not wat its say there no receipt free order its bull and they will never let u talk to manager

Well, very bad experience… I ordered a medium tamarind raspa, I asked if the flavor was natural and the girl said yes, When she lie smh ♀️ added lechera as well… and I also ordered a small corn with shredded cheese.
Well, it turns out that the corn came with a double cup.
Well, with the novelty that the top had broken and the base melted and I ate the bottom of the cup and that was when I noticed that the cheese was not cheese, it was the piece of the cup that came off… and the girl still gave me some attitude.

I used to love this place. Prices are now outrageous. Nickel and dime you for everything. Two elotes and two small snow cones cost almost 20 bucks. When asked why I was charged for medium snow cones she said it’s because it was more than one flavor. Not a creme but just the flavors you mix together to make said flavor listed. Smh and than I have to pay a dollar to use my debit. I will be going somewhere else for now on.

I have lived in Pasadena for a majority of my life, and this little shop has been here forever.
My girlfriend had to take me when she heard I’ve never been. And I got to say that service is amazing, the snowcones are top notch, as well as that I have been sleeping on this for so many years!!
I would love to go again.

They have great drinks and treats here. The picoyada and Mineral preparada are some of the best things. Going through the drive thru doesn’t take long at all. If you go to sit down though be aware that you should stand nearby the window and wait for your order. The last time we came we were waiting outside for 20 minutes waiting on our drinks not realizing that they had been done already.

Overpriced and overcharged! Food is not good. They charged me $5 for “nachos” instead of my agua fresca. And the hot dog was all soggy and old. Bad service. I’ve gone here multiple times it always disappoints, now I’m never going again.
